Hi everyone, This is basicily about Liv trying to find out who took her brother and why, but in order to find that out she has to stop fighting with Elliot! The millon dollar question in this is, will she stop fighting with Elliot are will she let the one little fight that made them break not only a wonderful friendship, but also a new found realionship. Speical Victims Unit Sqaud Room 7:30A.M.

Olivia walked into the bullpen and went to her locker. When she got out everything she needed she turned around and started to walk towards her desk. As she sat down Fin walked in and said, " Hey, girl how was you weekend?" Olivia turned, looked at him and said, "It was good. I guess." Fin then noticed how tried olivia looked and said, " Hey, What's wrong baby did somebody hurt you? want me to beatin' up?" Olivia couldn't help but laugh, she stood up got her coffee and said, " No Fin, no one hurt me. I just haven't been getting a lot of sleep lately that's all." Fin shook his head okay just as Elliot walked into the room. He had two coffees in his hand and some files underneath his shoulder. He put the coffees down along with the files and is jacket and said, " Hey guys, how was your weekend?" Olivia sighed heavly and said, " Don't ask." Elliot looked at her dumbfounded and then looked at Fin who then said, " Let it go man." Elliot shook his head and put the coffee and Liv's desk. As he put his coat on a rack by his locker and got his things out Munch walked in along with the captain. They where talking and laughing about something. That was when Elliot said, " Hey guys, what's so funny." They then looked at each other and then shook there heads and said, " Nothing." The captain made his why to his office as Munch sat down with a cup of coffee. Elliot then took his seat. He let at a sigh and looked at Olivia. It was a while before she decicded to look up at him. When she did he gave her one of his famous Stabler Smiles and said, " Hey" Olivia smiled back and said, " Hey" Elliot cleared his thoart and then said, " How has things been going? You know since you been spending more time with Simon?" Olivia looked back down at her paper as if trying to avoid his gave on purpose and said, " Things are going good. We have really clicked you know?" Elliot shook his head as to say that he ubderstood when the phone rang. He picked it up and his face turned pale white.

It's good so far! but try to make it more than one whole paragraph. When someone says something in quotes, make a new paragraph. It makes it easier to read. Storyline is interesting! Can't wait to read more.

Elliot then hung up the phone and stood up. Olivia looked up at him and said,

"Elliot what's wrong? Who was on the phone?"

Elliot looked down at her with a look on his face that read 'I can't belive this.' Olivia started to get worried when he wouldn't say anything back and stood up as well. She walked around her desk towards his and said,

" Elliot please, tell me what's wrong, your starting to scare me."

Elliot let out a breath he didn't even no his was holding, took a few steps back and said,


" Olivia, I don't know how to tell you this but your brother, H- he's missing."

At that point Munch and Fin got up and walked towards the both of them although they didn't say a word, they had looks on there faces that read 'We're he for you Liv.' Olivia felt herself go weak in the knees and Elliot could see this and put his hands on her shoulders. He then guided her to his chair. When she looked up at him and saw that he had a very worried look on his face she sat back in the chair and said,

" It's okay, I'm alright Elliot. it's just, what do you mean his is missing? I just talked to him last night, he can't be missing."

Elliot sat on the egde of his desk and took a deep breath. He looked Olivia in the eye and said,

" Are you going to be okay? Do you want to take some time off? I can talk to cragen for you if you want."

Olivia stood up and said,

" No Elliot, I'll be fine I just need to go home."

With that she was out the door and into the cold. Leaving Elliot wishing he could comfort her some how.

Heal the Pain
Elliot knocked on Olivia's door hoping she would answer. After 4 knocks he heard the door handle shake. As he looked up from the floor he saw Olivia in blue pajamia bottoms and a black top.

" What are you doing here?" Olivia asked looking very sleepy.

"I came to see if you where okay, You left the house so fast I did get a chance to."

" I'm fine, I just wanted to get some sleep that's all." She said in a I'm soory tone

" Okay, but if you need me."

" You'll be the first one I call." She said getting ready to close the door.

Elliot let his head fall as a goodnight tone and walked away. As he turned to leave Olivia told him goodnight and shot the door. Elliot walked down the stairs and into his car. As he started the car his phone went off.

"Stabler."

"Elliot, someone just called my house get back up here now."

"I'm on my way."

With that Elliot left the car running towards the elevator. Went he got to her door she was already out the door waiting for him. He went up to her and asked her if she was okay. She told him that she was fine and they went into her apartment. When they got in Elliot went and sat on the couch. Olivia followed him and did the same.

" Who was it on the phone?" He said in a cop mode tone.

" I don't know, he just said,' if you want your brother back bring me 10,000 dallors in cash to Central Park tomorrow at 3:00.' He hung up the phone before I could say anything."

Elliot then sat closer to her wanting to hug her but fought the urge. He let out a sigh and said, " I wish there was some way to make you feel better." Olivia looked at him as if he had something crawling out his ears. When he looked back down she sighed and said,

"Just you being here is helping."

Elliot then looked at her as if she had something crawling out here ears. They stayed that way for a couple of seconds and then elliot broke the silents by saying

" Can I ask you a question?"

Olivia shook her head, Elliot stood up, looked her in the eye and said,

" Can I kiss you?"

Olivia snapped her head up at him and said nothing. When Elliot took that as a no Olivia grabbed his face and kissed him hard on the mouth. When they broke away all Elliot could say was,

"Wow"

This is really good. Keep up the great work.

The Fight
Olivia smiled at Elliot's reaction to the kiss and wanted nothing more to do then kiss him again when it hit her. She then gave Elliot a sorry look, when Elliot saw this he got worried and said,
" Hey, what's wrong? why are you looking like that?"

Olivia stood up and walked towards the kichen, Elliot did the same. As she leaned against the conter she would not make eye contact with him as if looking at him would kill her. She turned her head to look out the walkway from the kichen to the din and said,
" Elliot, I've been wanting to hear those words for so long and now that I have I don't know what to do."

Elliot made his way over to her wanting to reassurre her that everything was okay, when she moved towards the table. When elliot turned his head and said,

" Hey, what's the matter with you?"

Olivia then sat at the table trying to hold back her tears and said,

" I can't be with you Elliot I'm sorry but I can't!"

Elliot walked over to the table and put his hand on her back trying to sooth her but it wasn't working. When he was going ask her to tell him why she shot out of the chair and said almost a whisper tone,

I'm involved, I can't be with you because I'm involved."

Elliot didn't move from that spot. When he took it all in he looked up at her to find that she was looking back at him. He moved his gaze towards the din and said,

" With who?"

Liv took a deep breath and said,

Dean, I'm involved with Dean."

" The guy who you worked with undercover?!" He said in a mad and sad tone.

" yeah" She said back now crying.

" How long?" He had now got himself back under control.

She looked up at him and said, " A couple weeks now."

Elliot gave her a half-hearted laugh and said, " A couple of weeks."

Before she could say anything else, Elliot was out the door and on his way to his car. Leaving Liv. sitting there for a couple of minutes, just sitting on the kichen floor now letting her tears fall free from her eyes. When she was done, she walk towards her room and went to sleep, not knowing what was waiting for her tomorrow.

The Case
Olivia walked into the 1-6 Precinct wondering what Elliot was going to do snice the fight. She sat at desk when Elliot walked through the door. She turned to see him and said,

" Um, Hey Elliot."

He said nothing and put her coffee on her desk, he then went to his locker, got his stuff out of it, and put his coat on the rack. When he sat down the captain came out his office. He went up to the middle of the Bullpen and said,

" Kay guys, I know this case has hit to close to home, but we have to treat this case like any other case. So please tell me that we have a lead."

Elliot leaned back in his chair and said,

" A witness said that she saw Simon leaving Wal-Mart around 11:00 the night he went missing."

Olivia looked at him and opened her mouth say something, but when she saw Elliot make a funny face she closed her mouth again and went back to the papers that was on her desk. Cragen then voiced himself by saying,

" Okay that's a led, now Elliot and Olivia I want you two to go talk to the person who worked that night. They might have remembered him and Munch and Fin I want you to to go visit the girlfriend."

They shook there heads and headed for the door. Elliot got up to do the same when Olivia said,

"You know you have to talk to me sooner or later."

Elliot still didn't look at her

" I pick later" He said walking right pass her.

Olivia took a deep breath and followed him to the car. As they drove to Wal-Mart Olivia found herself glazing at Elliot now and then. Olivia then sighed heavly and once again opened her mouth again to say something when her phone rang.

'Benson'

'Liv, it's Dean'

' Oh, hey' Olivia said a little worried because Elliot was right next to her.

' I was just wondering if you wanted to go to dinner tonight, you know to take your mind of your brother.'

'Um, Sure Dean, I'll see you around 9?' Olivia said saking the feeling that she was doing something wrong.

' Great! I'll see you at 9'

' Aright then, bye'

' Bye Liv'

Elliot looked at Olivia out the conrner of his eye but still said nothing. Olivia was getting tired off it and said,

" You know you want to say something so just say it already!"

" I have nothing to say to you right now."

" Why are you being so pigheaded?"

"I'm not being pigheaded, I just said that I have nothing to say to you right now."

" You could at lest tell me how you feel. With everything that happened last night you would think that you have more to say."

" Well you thought wrong, We're here." Elliot said finishing the converstation and getting back to the task at hand.

Olivia got out of the car and started to walk to the store.

Meanwhile with Munch and Fin, they walked up to the girlfriend's house. They knock on the door and there was no answer, when Munch thought that she was talking to long he knocked on the door again this time saying that he was police. When he stopped knocking he heard a loud scream and Fin busted down the door. When they got in they saw no other then Simon's girlfriend knocked out on the floor.

The Lead
Olivia and Elliot walked throught he double doors of Heather's room. ( Sorry can't remember her name.) Elliot leaned against the door and Olivia sat in the chair next to her. When Heather turned her head to look at her and said,

" Hey" Heather said in a saad tone.

" Hey, how do you feel?" Olivia asked in the same toone.

Heather sat up in her bed and took a deep breath. It was then that she noticed that Elliot was leaning in the door way and she smiled at him. When Elliot saw this he smiply leaned his head down as a reply. Olivia looked back at him for a second but said nothing when Heather took a bit of hher muffin that the nurse had brought her an hour earlier it took Olivia out of her daze and she said,

" Do you know who did this to you?"

Heather shook her head and said,

" No I don't but I know that he told me that he knew where Simon was."

Elliot then came up from the doorway and said,

Do you remember what he said to you exactly?"

Heather shook her head yes and said,

" He said that he was locked up in a house where there is no light and there is no way out. It is house where there is one bed and no food. It is a house that is in plan veiw but we are looking to hard to see. It is a place right under our noses."

Heather then started to break down as she finished the rest.

" He said that Simon was locked inside that house. He said that he was chained to a wall and he hadn't ate or slepp for days. You have to finbd him Olivia before it's to late and no only will I loose that man that I love, but you will loose that only brother that you have."

At that point Heather was crying her eyes out. Olivia looked at Elliot who locked at her back with a questioning look on his face. He didn't say anything and neither did Olivia. Ellliot then walked out of the room as Olivia talked to Heather some more. When Olivia meant Elliot outside the hospital Elliot was just getting off the phone. Olivia waited a minute and then said,

" was that the captain?"

Elliot glazed over at her and said,

" No, it was Kathy asking me if I wanted to have dinner with her tongiht."

It took Olivia a minute to say something, when she found the rigfht words to say she opened the car door and said,

"Oh, I didn't know you two where back together."

Elliot got in the car and said,

"We're not."

When they got back to the house everyone was calling it a day and was leaving. When Olivia got ready to get her things and go Dean walked through the door. She smiled at him and he smiled back. When she got her coat and grabbed some files She looked at Elliot who was doing the same and said,

"See you"

Elliot shook his head and said,

" Goodnight Liv."

At that moment not only did Olivia feel good that he was talking to her but she was also happy that he called her Liv. She turned towards Dean and they walked out the house with elliot following two feet behind them. It was around 9:00 when Olivia and Dean where sitting down eating for dinner. They had music going and candles lit. Everything was perfect, when Dean asked Olivia to dance that just made the whole night right. As the danced then looked down and Olivia and said,

" I get the feeling that you are extra happy today for some reason."

Olivia looked up at him and said,

" Yeah I am, but it's no big deal now."

Dean turned her and said,

" Want to tell me what it was that made you so happy?"

Olivia shook her head no not wanting to ruin the moment by talking about Elliot when Dean said,

" It was Elliot wasn't it?"

Olivia let out a small laugh and said,

" If you must know, yes it was but I don't want to talk about him right now."

Dean shook his head as a understanding and said,

"Okay, but if you ask me I think the guy is a pigheaded, can't tell me nothing, alfea male type of guy."

Olivia pulled back from Dean and said,

" You know he might be all those things but but I don't like the fact that your standing here in my apartment and downing him like that so if you don't mind would you please stop."

Dean let out a half- hearted laugh and said,

" If I didn't know any better I'd say you liked him more then your leading on."

Olivia was made at that point and wasn't think about what she was saying and said,

" And if I do!"

That was it that was when Dean looked at her like she was crazy and said,

" Well if you like him so much why don't you just go and live with him!"

Dean then stormed out of the apartment leaving Olivia standing in the middle of the din on fire.

Realizing
The next day as Olivia walked into the 1-6, she noticed that Elliot wasn't there yet. She didn't think much off it at first and in a way she was kind of happy about it. All that kept running through her head as she put her things in her locker where the words that came out of her mouth the night before. She couldn't believe that she might be in love with Elliot Stabler, her partner her coworker for crying out loud! She took a deep breath and went to go get some coffee. It was around 3:00 when the captain desided to come out of his office. He walked towards the desk to get some coffee. When he saw that Elliot still wasn't there, he looked at Olivia who was staring off into space and said,

" Detective where's your patner?"

Olivia jumped back at the sound of his voice and said,

"I have know idea he hasn't been in all morning."

Cragan then walked towards her and said,

" Give him a call."

Olivia shook her head yes and went to call his cell. The phone rang about 5 times before she hung up the phone. When she tried his apartment number it still didn't work and at that point she was starting to get worried. She walked up towards the crid and went to see if he was inside but there was no sign of him. She then went to the captain's office and told him that she was going to cheek his apartment to if he was there. Cragan told okay and she was gone. When she got to the apartment she asked the doorman to buzz her in. When he did she ran up to his room. She got to the door and saw that it was opened. She pulled out her gun in full ccop mode at this point and went in. When she got in all the lights where off, she started to walk throw the apartment calling out his name. When she got ready to walk towards the bedroom she tripped and fell. When she got up and reached the bedroom light that gave her just enough light to see, she saw that it was Elliot laying there out cold with blood running down the side of his head. She craddled him in her arms and said,

"Elliot, Elliot wake up!! Wake Elliot! You have to get up!"

When she saw that he wouldn't move she satrted to call for a bus. It took them about ten minutes to get to his apartment. When they got there they loaded Elliot up and took him in. As they took him Olivia started to get up to go with them when she noticed a pieace of paper on the floor she picked it up and it read,

' Detective detective long time no see. I beat you don't remember me. Your poor little partner out like a light, so sorry if I gave you a fright. I've waited and waited long enough it's time for you to give it up. I got your brother and his girlfriend too and before you knew it your patner was through! Is he dead or alive? One more chance and you will be mine.'

Olivia felt as if she was going to throw up. She had never been this scared before. She wanted to one right then and there who it was that was hunting her. She then jumped into the back of the bus and rode to the hospital with Elliot and at that point and think that was when she realised that she indeed was not going to let anything else happen to her patner, even it it meant her life. For she was indeed in love with her partner.

The Truth is Told and Changes are Made Part 1
Olivia sat by Elliot's bed side as he stired and turned to look at her. He opened his eyes to see tears falling down olivia's eyes. He tryed to seat up but it was to painful so he just layed there. It was a minute before they said anything to each other and then Olivia broke the silence by saying,

" Oh Elliot, I thought, I thought that was the end for you."

Elliot laughed aloud and said,

" yeah, well you know just as good as me that it takes a lot more then a cheap shoot like that to bring me down."

Olivia laughed and hugged him tightly. As she hugged him she whispered in in his ear,

" I don't know what I would have done with out you Elliot. I, I love you too much to even think about what would have happened."

Elliot pulled Olivia back a little and said,

" You love me?"

Olivia shook her head yes and said nothing. Elliot slowly sat up in the bed and said,

"what about Porter?"

Olivia whipped her eyes with the back of her hand and said,

" There is no more Porter. I thought that I was over you, you know, with going undercover and the thing with you and Beck. I just thought that Dean was good for me, But I was wrong."

Elliot gave her a look and said,

"What about Beck?"

Olivia looked at him intently and said,

" I saw you guys at the station one day, you looked as if you had been patners with her forever. So I didn't bother to say hey."

Elliot then pulled Olivia into a hug and said,

" No matter who I'm patnered with, they will never take the place of who in my life."

Olivia said nothing, she just hugged him tighter and hoped that they could stay like that forever. She kissed his cheek and said,

" I love you Stabler."

Elliot smiled and said,

" I love you too Benson"

He then leaned in and kissed her full on the mouth when the captain walked in.

The Truth is Told & Changes are Made Part 2
Cragan stopped dead in his tracks when he saw Elliot and Olivia kissing and at first he wanted nothing to do but go and hug the both of them and tell them how it was about time they got together, but the sight that he saw made it seem like it wasn't the right time. Cragan slowly walked backwards out of the room to leave them alone. Elliot looked Olivia full in the eye and was about to sat something when the phone rang

" Hello?"

" Hello detective, miss me? I see that your patners not gone after all. I must do better with the next killing."

" What do you want from me!!" Olivia yelled into the phone.

" I already told you, all I want is you and to watch you go through the pain that I went though."

" Who are you!"

" Someone who is getting closer to you by the moment."

That was all Olivia got get out of the phone before it went to the dail tone. Elliot leaned over and put his hand on her back. He want nothing more then to hold her tightly and tell her that it was okay, but Olivia kissed Elliot on his forehead and told him that she would call him later. Once again leaving Elliot alone.

Finally We Meet
It was about 2 hours that Elliot still lied in hospital bed looking at the chair that Olivia was once sitting in, thinking what had happened on the phone call. When he decided to pick up his cell phone and give her a call. He deiled her number and got nothing but her voicemail. He hung up and tryed angain and this time he go a busy signal. He then hung up once again and got up out of the bed. He started to walk to the other side of the bed to grab his clothes when a nurse walked in.

" Mr. Stabler what are doing!" She asked in a worried tone.

" I'm going to go find my partner." Elliot said calmly.

" But y-you can't go anywhere you have to stay here until your wounds heal."

" I'll be fine". He said as he begain to walk out the door.

He made sure he had everything he needed and walked towards the hospital double doors. When he got outside he got a cab and the man drove him towards Olivia's house. When he got to her apartment it was completly dark. He called out Olivia's name a couple of times and when he didn't get an answer he called her cell phone and started to here it ring. He followed the ring and it lead him right towards her bedroom. When he walked in he saw her phone sitting on the nightstand and walked towards it. When he got to it he heard the sound of a gun trigger. He turned to see a man holding Olivia with a gun to her neck. When the man said,

" Sit on the bed and drop your gun on the floor."

Elliot did as told and looked at Olivia. He could see that she was scared and he shook his head up and down and said,

" I'm going to get you out of her don't worry."

The man laughed and said,

" That's funny that you really think that your going to get her out of here alive and you don't even have her brother yet."

Elliot felt a cold shilver run up his spin at the sound of the mans voice when Elliot took a deep breath he looked at the man and said,

" Who are you, and why have you done this?"

The man once again laughed and said,

"Who am I? Who am I? I am the one that has been prying on you for the last month. I am the one who has never let a day go by that I havn't thought about my sweet Olivia I am Richerd!!

Game Over
Elliot sat on the bed, trying to take it all in that the one person that they thought they where done with came back for another round. Olivia saw that Richard 's hand was starting to slowly slide across her neck and she was starting to feel the blood dropping down from her neck to her shirt. Elliot stood up once more and said,

"Richard just think about this. Do you really want to do this? Do you want to go back to jail?!" Elliot said with his voice getting high.

Richard smiled and said,

" Jail? I don't care what happens to me anymore!!! When this little Bitch put me in jail I lost evrything. And now it's time for her to do the same!!"

Richard ran the cold blad all the way across Olivia's neck. When she yelled a painful yell Richard let her fall to the ground and ran for the door. Elliot went for his gun and shoot at him but it was already to late. Elliot dropped the gun and ran up to Olivia. He hugged her and told her that it was going to be okay. The last thing that Elliot heared her say before she pasted out was,

"I love you Elliot."

End Game
As Olivia woke up she had no idea what was going on. She opened her eyes fully and tried to sit up just to be pulled right back down. She turned to her side to see that Elliot was standing next to her looking at her very worried and mad. She sighed and said,

" El, what happened?"

Elliot cleared his throat and said,

" You got cut and passed out. The Doc. fixed you up pretty good. She said that it was a close call."

Olivia shook her head slowly and said,

" What happened to Richard?"

Elliot helped her up and said,

" That bastard got away."

Olivia stopped walking, looked at him, and opened her mouth to say something but stopped herself. Elliot however didn't let this pass and said,

"What?"

Liv kept walking and said,

"I was just wondering if some how if this was going to end up just like that Gatino Case."

Elliot spun her around and looked her dead in they eye and said,

" I'm not letting you get away from me again Olivia."

She gave him a faint smile and starting walking again as she got to the car Elliot heard her say under her breath.

" I wonder if you will have a choice."

Elliot let it pass and started to drive back to the station. When they got there Fin and Munch walked up to Liv and asked her if she was okay. She told them that she was fine and that she just had a very close call. Elliot went to get her some coffee when Cragen came running out of his office and said,

" We just spoted White in a blue Cadillac on 26th and Broadway."

Elliot stop pouring the coffee and grabbed his and Liv's coat. When they got to the sight White was already inside the house that he had been staying in with his mother. As Elliot and Olivia made thier way up the stairs that heard yelling and Elliot kicked the door down ready to shoot. Olivia was right behind him readay to do the same. When they saw that White had a gun to his mother's head threating to kill her if they didn't stay back they had to satnd there grounds. Elliot who was tired of all the games and the thing sthat he had put him and his new found relaionship with his partner started to walk up to White telling him that he wasn't going to get away this time White laughed and said,

" I'll get away this time just like I got away the last time but this time I'm going to make sure I take you and my Olivia out for good."

Elliot trained his gun on Richard just waiting for his moment when White said,

"Always ready to take me down aren't you detective?"

Elliot tilted his head to the side and said,

"Always ready to kill someone aren't you White?"

Richard let it go and laughed it off. When he was finish he charded at Elliot and shot four rounds. Bam Bam Bam Bam. Was all the officer ouside needed to her and started rushiing in to see what happened. When they got there they saw a dead Richard and two injured cops. As they leaned on one another for support Olivia kissed Elliot and said,

"It's finally over."

Elliot sighed and said,

" Finally, Now all we have to do is the paper work!!"

Olivia laughed at his attempt to make this lighter and said,

"Ah yes, that paperwork."

Elliot laughed and kissed her again resting his head on her shoulder. Sighing once more he let a smill smile curve on the conrners of his lips and said,

"What a week."

Olivia sighed resting her head on his head stating,
