I read that already, and there's no way that he can take down WWE. He already says that one of WWE's problems is the lack of stars, then how is Hogan going to get any established stars himself? He brings himself back to TNA's strategy of plucking former WWE superstars just to get names that people will watch. I just don't see this going very far.

He is 54 today.
And that is a good reason for him to not wrestle anymore.

Hogan signed a 20-yr deal with WWE about a year ago to keep his name with the company. If Hogan is doing another promotion, chances are it had to get final approval from WWE.

Well Hogan said that he did not sign a 20-year deal w/the WWE, but Austin signed a long term deal w/the WWE.
