huh.gif Personally I am confused on wether not Jordan is a saint or a traitor .
I know what hes doing is good but I just can't make up my mind on wether or not if he is doing it for himself or if he is doing it for the good of man kind like he said . And what about this promicin stuff does he and Kyle really think Tom is going to take it although I hope he does cause it would be cool to see what kind of ability or any if he gets one. And what if Diana took the shot what kind of ability would she get? All this is a little confusing but I am understanding whats going on at the most point. So basically what if Pj's ability did help them work out their differences and why did he need Maia there to help when Tom and Jordan pretty much knew what they were doing at the time. This is all a mystery but hey thats why I love the show hehe .

Whiterose, I think the question is not whether Jordan is a saint or not, because of course he's not a saint. He's far too human and fallible to be considered a saint. I believe he's a good guy doing the best he can with a really bad situation.

I'll take Saint for 200...
(Saints are not divine, they are quite falable as well as human)

I don't think he's a saint, either (unless he's one of those scary saints like Cyril of Alexandria), but I don't see how the only other option is being a traitor. Most people on this planet aren't saints (thank God), but that doesn't make them traitors. A traitor is someone who betrays others. Whom has Jordan betrayed? So far this season, he seems to be pretty above-the-board about his intentions regarding the 4400. The question isn't so much whether or not he's being sneaky about his intentions but how far he intends to go.

WEll I dont believe in saints, so I'm going with he's just a good guy.

Yes, I don't like the options of saint or traitor. It's quite possible Jordan is just a man who has taken a leadership position and is doing the best he can. There's nothing saintly about him, and he's never betrayed anyone. He's just a guy with his heart in the right place, trying to do the right thing. I do think the way he "died" in the game was very noble, but the same could be said of Tom, and he ain't no saint either! biggrin.gif

No if Tom were a saint he'd run screaming from that Salome. I mean meghan.

Jordan is just a man, whether he turns out to be a good guy or a bad guy is totally up in the air, but I am rooting for the good, cause that is what I personally believe, but, again, I am biased. LOL.

Why is that whenever is a discussion the speeches are about opposite ends?
As Rock said before, Jordan is just a man and he is doing the best he can. He did not betray either to anybody.
But, which I already have raised is the fact of the way in which he acts.
I do not agree completely in this. It would be necessary to consider other many factors to decide if he acts well or if he acts bad, but I want to think that it is “trying” to act well.
That is to say, Jordan is not bad, but he is a fanatic.
Now, it would be necessary to see to where arrives his fanaticism to be able to consider it a good guy or just a fanatic, something intermediate between good and bad since he is trying to act well.
He is trying to protect the 4400 and people wth habilities' interests. But I don't like that in "No Exit" he said something about catching Tom, Diana and the others first and then ask for answers.

That's a good question, Pau. Why is it that the post that started this thread presented Jordan as either a saint or a traitor?

I think that was a very reasonable reaction on Jordan's part. After all, he woke up in NTAC, so he had every reason to believe he had been taken by force from Promise City. I think any reasonable person would have the same reaction if they found themselves in an enemy's stronghold with no memory of how they came to be there.

Good point Rock...but I think that Shawn or Kyle told him that the other group either know how they appeared locked there.
It would have been okay if he was armed and he went to where the others were, but as first option talking peacefully and as plan B, attacking them and then asking for answers.

Pau, Jordan was upset at being in NTAC. I can understand that. Even so, he stopped and listened to Shawn, and when he arrived at the control room, he didn't try to hurt anybody. I don't think what Jordan said in those first moments should be taken any more seriously than the hostile things the NTAC agents were saying right after they first saw Jordan and decided he was responsible. Everybody was talking a little wild at first-why single out Jordan?

1) He didn't hurt anybody because Shawn was dead, and he loved him just like Tom.
2) GP...maybe you are right.
