no we're not.i live in MA also. the chat is at 8pm pacific (west coast) 11pm (east coast) its at the same time. we're not gonna miss it on the east coast its right after the ep premieres.

The Live Blog is on at the both coasts at the same time. But we won't have seen Alternate yet it starts or ends. That makes it difficult to talk about it.

When I find out exactly when Season 9 premieres here in Australia, I'm stealing this thread to count it down....but we're also still counting down the DVD release of season 4 yes?

Yeah, where are you preordering your from, I always get my dvd'd from target online.

In Australia, you can only get SVU if you order it from America-land; it's not a national release DVD. There was one exception. I got season 2 because a person ordered it, but didn't want it! Lol, so it was the only one in the entire shop. So I order mine from EzyDVD. I can't wait!

Neither can I, Season 5 is like the only odd season, I mean it has the sliding thiny while the other one have mini DVD cases in them.

Is that why its so hard to get over here. I have the first three seasons and they were incredibly difficult to find. We need more love for svu over here!!!!!.

I reckon! SVU used to be the highest rating show and then Channel 10 kept changing the time slot without warning. And then they'd put random repeats on! SVU went down, down. Which is a pity. So there's only, what? 2 months left?

I don't really harass them, I enquire. I ask politely if SVU is on their database for that week and they say yes or no. And then I ask if they think it'll be on soon and they say yes or no. And then I threaten to smash them. And they say yes or no. LOL! I joke! I promise.

Haven't called them since I found out that Alternate was premiering in Feb. But I will definitely call them if they begin to screw around with the timeslot again.

Lol! You can call and complain to anyone about anything. They're a tv network who were lagging in their duties to show me new SVU, so I let them know how I felt. Lol. God, they so hate me. They probably have my number taped at their reception saying "do not pick up a call from this number".

I cannot wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was just telling my daughter about this when we were getting ready this morning. She thinks I need counseling. Granted, but I still can't wait. I just don't want to see Liv battered, but 3 weeks can't go by quick enough for me.
