As I said, I am adding on to this. Other shows that I love include "Dancing With The Stars","America's Got Talent", "The Mentalist" (which is kind of like a cross between "Monk" and "Psych"), "Monk", "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?", "Don't Forget the Lyrics", and "Howie Do It" for the ones that are currently on the air. Oldies but goodies that I like are "M*A*S*H", "Moonlighting" (in which Cybill Sheperd plays opposite Bruce Willis who acts like Shawn which makes Cybill Sheperd good casting for Shawn's mom on USA's part), "3rd Rock From the Sun", "Happy Days", "ALF" (Alien Life Form), "Mork and Mindy", "Who's Line is it Anyways?" and "Perfect Strangers".
Non-musical movies that I love include "The Da Vinci Code", "Angels and Demons" "Shrek" (all 3), "Finding Nemo", "The Illusionist", anything Mel Brooks, "Night At The Museum" (and yes I want to see the second one too for a few reasons: 1.) I've been to the Smithsonian 2.) I loved the first one and 3.) One of my relatives is portrayed in there so of course I want to see it!!), "Gremlins", "Rat Race","Legally Blonde" (both of them...haven't seen "Legally Blondes" yet), "Back to the Future" (all 3) "Matilda","The Princess Bride" ("Hello, my name is Indigo(sp!) Montoya. You killed my father, prepare to die!!" "Humperdink...Humperdink, HUMPERDINK!!" "As you wish!!!!" "I and the Dread Pirate Roberts...." those are all quotes that me and my best friend love from there and we quote that movie all the time!!!") "Bride Wars" and all the "Harry Potter" movies as well as all the "Lord of the Rings" movies.
Musicals that I love include but are certainly not limited to the following:
"Fiddler on the Roof"
"Bye Bye Birdie"
"Seussical the Musical" (based on the works of Dr. Seuss and is basically a musical version of "Horton Hears a Who" though other characters such as The Cat in the Hat and The Grinch appear)
"Legally Blonde"
"Shrek"
"Wicked"
"Phantom of the Opera"
"The Producers" (duh!)
"Little Shop of Horrors"
"Miss Saigon"
"Les Miserables"
"RENT"
"Mamma Mia"
"Jersey Boys"
"Hairspray"
"Grease" (seen it 4 times by 4 different companies including Broadway so yeah I kind of have to list that one!)
"You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown"
"Chicago"
"A Chorus Line"
"West Side Story"
There's more but we'd be here until "Good Morning America" comes on if I list them all here!
Books I like include
"Harry Potter" (all of them)
"Lord of the Rings" (the first two....I haven't read the last one yet)
"Angels and Demons"
"The Da Vinci Code"
"Murder on the Orient Express"
I also play some musical instruments. I don't have any formal training, but I self taught myself
Organ(right hand only)
Keyboard (right hand only but I'm currently working on left hand as well)
Recorder
Penny/Irish Whistle
Guitar (currently working on)
I also competed in a state drama competition (didn't place though). I also competed and won in state (two time gold ranking out of platinum), regional (one time first place winner), and two national competitions (first time:first place, second time:excellent out of supurb ratings) for chorus competitions.
I can't think of anything else right now so I'll have to come back to this!!!
