Hey all! I'm Reggie. I'm a 21-year-old Creative Writing Major. Psych is my favorite show, closely followed by Reba and Law and Order: SVU. I love anime and other cartoons, generally, as well as a wide variety of books. My favorite character is Gus, and I like my Psych best without any romance. I'm also an Avatar fan (most other places I'm known as ode2sokka), and after that fandom mess I'd really just rather not deal with romance at all. I love Shawn/Gus friendship though, and for that reason Season 3 is my favorite so far.

Okay, so I know I said hi over in the other thread, too, but I figured I'd spread the friendliness...welcome aboard! smile.gif

Annnnnd, since I'd never seen this thread before -- at least to my recollection -- thought I'd send a shout out to my fellow Psych fans. I'm a 34-year-old former journalist/social worker (yeah, I know...what a combination, huh?), who's now working on a degree in emergency management. That's right -- as my classmates and I say, we're training to become "Masters of Disaster." biggrin.gif

In any event, I've been hooked on Psych even before the first episode debuted....those promo commercials with Shawn and Monk were awesome. Even then, I knew that Shawn Spencer had "naillled it!" biggrin.gif It's been great to get to watch the characters develop and to discover such a great community here. smile.gif
Dinchy
I also have never seen this thread before so I'll introduce myself now

I'm Dinchy from Bosnia in Europe ( you probably have never heard about Bonia smile.gif ) I'm 18, I love soccer, love all kind of music except jazz, love to ride bike, I also love to make stupid things with friends laugh.gif that is because I love Psych so much, Shawn and Gus remind me on my friends and me. Beside Psych I love: Grey's anatomy, Scrubs, ED, O.C., Csi:NY and beside pineapples like strawberrys smile.gif
I finished my high school 3 days ago and now I have no idea what I'm gonna study laugh.gif

Have nice weekend
BlackTsChica
I haven't seen this thread either! So here ya go:

I'm BlackTsChica, I'm a 40-ish, muscle-car drivin', African-American, Zena-ish, artistic chica who digs dudes in black t-shirts. The original "BlackT" is Ben Browder of Farscape. When he signed on to the message boards, he was "BlackT". So I became BlackTsChica. And there is a RIGHT WAY to wear a black t. See rules shortly. smile.gif

I've been hooked on Psych since I saw the commercials for the pilot. Never missed an eppy. I did not start hanging on the boards until Tuesday 17th (I was on Facebook earlier this year but that was it). Now I'm a crazy poster, so sorry for the hyperness. smile.gif

Okay for the rules, this is directed at the dudes, you wear black t-shirts thusly:
- Wear short-sleeved black t-shirts FORM FITTING so we can see the pecs.
- Guns must be exposed at all times (for you folks out there, that is the man's nice muscle-ly arms)
- Tatts must bee seen (be it forearm or upper arm)
- They should not be worn under a flowery shirt (see Shawn on Black and Tan - he looked great, but that's not the proper way, I blame the wardrobe person. LOL!)
- Shawn DOES get props for wearing the Black T correctly in the International Pilot eppy. *fist and hipbump for that baby*
- EDIT: SamFrench25's handle picture shows Mr. Westen definitely knows how to where a black t. biggrin.gif

Now you all are educated on the proper wearing of the Black T from BlackTsChica. Now go forth and work it, Boys!!! biggrin.gif
SporksUnite
yeah i don't think i ever formally introduced myself either -

Name - SporksUnite - or PeepingNee or MamaQ or High Priestess of the Pineapple OR Pineberry Necterina wink.gif

i am a 27 year old, irish/armenian (meaning - really pale skin and really dark hair LOL) stay at home mom of 3 and i didn't discover Psych until about mid 3rd season. for some reason i had avoided the show until one day it was on and i was too lazy to change the channel. I watched the whole episode and when it was over i had to wonder "why wasn't i watching this show from the beginning?!?! It is right up my alley!" Since then i have invested in seasons 1 and 2 on dvd, watched every episode multiple times (with and without commentary) pretty much immersed myself in all things Psych. Even my kids love watching the show and will pretend to be Shawn and Gus (although they usually fight over who gets to be Shawn) My 2 year old can even (somewhat) sing the theme song (cutest thing EVER!)

i'm not sure what else to say ...

i'm short, i don't usually capitalize things that should be, i use ... waaaaay too much, i enjoy posting random pictures and listening to all types of music (if you follow me on Twitter i usually have a song of the day) i still watch shows intended for children, i get ridiculously giddy over stupid things (like pineapples) and i have a sheep collection.

is that good?

Hope so because i have no intentions of telling you how much i weigh OR my social security number ...

DramaQueenBroadway
Hi! I'm also relatively new to the boards here (I only joined like a month ago). I love theater (hence my name) so most people just call me Drama Queen because of how many shows I've been in (close to 30) and I particularly love musical theater and hope to get into more musicals, hence my sn on here. People also call me "Ulla" after one of my favorite characters in "The Producers", though I'm not entirely sure why some people do (I know my best friend does because she knew that I was auditioning for "The Producers" but I didn't get in) Other than that, nothing really comes to mind...I'll have to come back to this later. laugh.gif tongue.gif cool.gif biggrin.gif
PsychFreakILoveJamesRoday
Hey! i've never seen this topic so im gonna put my 2 cents in...
I'm PsychFreakILoveJamesRoday, or Allie. i'm 16. im almost a junior in high school (we get out monday)
I started watching Psych since the first season. i dont remember exactly when though. I love the beach. I'm going to move there one day. i have become a history dork because i took AP World History this year. i had the best, most absolutely amazingest teacher to teach it, Graham. I'm about to cry cause it just hit me that its over and im never gonna be in Graham's class again.
a few of my favorites:
Movies: Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, Night at the Museum (1 and 2) Chronicles of Narnia (1 and 2) The Italian Job, Hancock (anything with Will Smith), Elizabethtown, She's the Man (anything with Amanda Bynes also)
Tv: Psych, NCIS, Lost, The Office, Chuck
Music: Carolina Liar, The Fray, Aqualung, Josh Groban, various soundtracks i.e.- Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, Chronicles of Narnia, Lost

again i loooooooove the beach. OBX rocks! and i want to go to Australia one day. yeah thats pretty much me (i have a sad life)

psychrulz
Alright I'll share. Didn't even know this thread existed!

I'm Psychrulz (aka: Ariana in my offline life). I'm a psychologist/counselor, doing most of my work with cops. Also am a university instructor, and I'm not yet 30 wink.gif

Movies- I love anything that takes me away from "real life", as I get way too much "ugliness of reality" during the day. So, Harry Potter, Narnia, Lord of the Rings, Night at the Museum, Enchanted, Action, Adventure, Comedy (almost anything with Owen Wilson or Jim Carey)

TV- Psych (of course), Chuck, Mental, Hell's Kitchen, Boston Legal, How I Met Your Mother, American Idol

Sports- I'm actually a big sports fan. Basketball, Baseball, Football. I like rollerblading and dance

Oh yes and I do love travelling. Spent a semester in France during high school and my crazy, "not really gonna happen" dream is to someday climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge smile.gif
tvspaz626
i want to join in on the fun too! hahah. wow, sometimes resurrecting dead boards turns out to be a good thing. smile.gif

I'm tvspaz626, aka Jenna. The 626 is for my birthday which is now in 3 weeks! woo! i'll be 19.
I'm 1/2 irish, 1/4 italian (sicilian) and 1/4 puerto rican. so like james, i am part hispanic. biggrin.gif its fun telling people that and getting weird looks cuz i'm really white, just with dark hair. hahah
I'm gonna be a sophmore at the University of Georgia in August. I currently live in GA, but i'm from NJ and do NOT like if people say i'm from down here. fun fact: Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island are geographically located in Jersey City, NJ but due to disputes over the land, NY gets all of the tourism rights for it. its like my personal mission to tell as many people about that as possible. hahah
I too have loved Psych since before it premiered. I saw the promos and thought it was hilarious. Psych started out as my favorite summer show but has now graduated to favorite show overall. in second place is chuck. you can tell if i like a show by if i actually spend money to buy merchandise. hahah. i have the chuck dvd but for psych, i have both dvds, waiting for the 3rd of course, i have the novel, and i bought the pineapple ringer shirt when i was in nyc. i also won one of those pineapple stress toys over on facebook! smile.gif

gotta go to the store now so thats all ur getting! smile.gif

Hi I'm Moira I live in Australia which seems to be a thing for Shawn as there are so many references made about Australia. I discovered Psych 4 months ago channel surffing and landed on 9 Lives when Shawn and Gus are mistaken for a gay couple then you add shower for 2 for Gus's reaction and I just kept watching.
I got both Seasons 1 and 2 from Amazon season 3 is ordered. But thanks to the internet and going to the right sights I have been able to see season 3 which I love so much. Favorite episodes Anything written by Andy Berman this guy is so good also all of Jame's episodes there really isn't a bad episode all have at least a moment.

I really like it smile.gif If you can find a population/specialty that you click with, you'll do really well. And thankfully people and their needs are so diverse that it's practically impossible not to find your zone. I've always worked with trauma & ptsd but started off with kids and teens. Then my best friend and colleague, also a trauma specialist, needed some help with her police work after a really bad event went down, so she brought me on board. It was supposed to be temporary but I was hooked after that!

It's very rewarding work, I love the relationships and trust I build. I love seeing the fruits of my labor, when someone I've been helping really blossoms. But it's also very "heavy" work and can really wear you down sometimes. Some of the things that I have to listen to make me want to go into my office and cry. Sometimes I do! Listening to my clients' traumas, while I'm also assessing them for fitness for duty...it's hard. And I've lost a few clients too. That's the worst part. I deal with a lot of grief and bereavement and its effects. I guess you can't experience the greatest victories until you've been through the worst tragedies, as least in my line of work that's true. That's really what keeps me going.

If you can handle it, it's an awesome line of work smile.gif Trauma isn't the only specialty out there. You can do so much, including marriage, family, children (play therapy), school counseling. I have a good friend that even counsels pregnant women who are planning to give their babies up for adoption.

I'm always open to letting you know more about it if you have any questions. Just send me a note smile.gif

Thank you for the explanation. I see there is also bad side of this work. Can you tell me how to help person who has developed his inner world and sometimes speak aloud with people who aren't in reality. he don't see them in reality just sometimes forget that they are in his head and that he shouldn't speak aloud. He has great imagination and he is well integrated into society but sometime he just goes in his own world. He has also problems with concentration and he is quickly bored with everything. I know that trauma is your area but I hope you can help me with this case wink.gif and I hope you understood what I was trying to tell you I hope that my english isn't too bad
CoachBagGirl
Just saw this thread for the first time!

I'm Sue (aka CoachBagGirl)...I'm somewhere in my 20's (closer to 30 than 20)...I work in a boring 9-5 job for a group of doctors. I'm in Western NY (Buffalo area...very close to Niagara Falls).

As my screen name would imply...I have a minor obsession with Coach bags...as well as Dooney and Bourke. I'm just a shopaholic in general.

TV (besides Psych)...Love The Simpsons and The Office, and I'm now hooked on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Outta Here...thanks to The Pratts. Also watch and order on QVC quite often.

I just discovered Psych a few months ago and became hooked right away...how could I not get hooked after seeing the hotness that is James Roday and the amazing chemistry between him and Dulé!

That's it for me...take care!

Seen this thread before and thought I posted in it but I checked and I didn't so how about a proper introduction of myself...

Well just call me tolietducky, I'm 19. Born and raised in the most awesome state ever I like to call Louisiana even though I do call it Loser-Anna too. I am like most and addicted to Psych. Gotta love that show. Also I share my addiction with NASCAR, I do watch it relgiously. lol uhh...I guess that's all I really have to say about myself... laugh.gif
DinerGuy
Hi!! *waves* I'm DinerGuy; you can call me DG.
mimisplash
hey! im aimee (pronounced like amy, this is just the french spelling w/o the accent) but my fam calls me mimi, thus the name. also part of that is my tendency to wipe out on my surfboard pretty frequently.

im from the socal desert but im a college student (turning 20 later this summer) at a major socal university only 8 miles from the ocean!
im a zoology major and i giggle uncontrollably whenever i tell ppl that im a psych minor! i plan to get my zoology ph.D and then go back for my photo degree (since zoology doesnt really pay that well).

AND im studying abroad in the galapagos next yr!!!!! cant wait!!!!

yeah the whole zoology thing? i pretty much just wanna get paid to hang out in shark cages, wrestle some gators, do some snake wrangling... LOL

i love sports! esp tennis and soccer, both of which i played for many yrs but i had to quit when i got hurt in high school... bummer

i am obsessed w/ psych (duh!) as well as all things broadway and mel brooks (young frankenstein?!!!!! yes!!!) lol
yeah, for my writing class my 1st semester in college i wrote an analysis on 9 Lives! i was going to use a book but then i realized that i sooo didnt hv the time to reread it (im also a book addict!). and disney! but not so much of the new stuff, i like classic disney w/ all of the bursting into songs at odd moments...

i love music! country (rascal flatts!), motown, elvis!, andrea bocelli! (i speak italian), rock, some pop, im a huge fan of cole porter, marvin hamlisch and michael feinstein as well...

i also really like exclamation pts

ummmm yeah i think thats it... oh i tend to ramble in case you hadnt noticed haha
Hablabamos_Chokalatte
How the heck have I not seen this before? Lol, ok well, I'm not brand spanking new here, but here I am! biggrin.gif

You can call me Min, I got overexcited about Spanish the day i joined lol, my name hear means we used to talk about chocolate, basically. Anyway, I'm living near DC in Virginia. I'm a freelance Production Assistant for various movies, television shows and other media productions. Uh, I haven't done much big stuff but I've worked on Nashville Star, So You Think You Can Dance and I've worked with Bronson Pinchot, recently.

I actually am not a tv fan, lol! I get frustrated keeping up with shows and having to be somewhere to watch every week. I adore watching Psych though, but I mostly get my tv kicks from dvds and Hulu. Some that I do like are House, Psych, Bones, etc. I do like Bravo channel and I like entertainment shows like Actor's Studio with James Lipton, for example, or Americas Next Top Model since I adore photography, esp, artsy stuff and WOW I hope I'm not boring you all!

Uh, so movies are more my thing I like Lord of the Rings, Black Hawk Down, Saving Private Ryan, Crash, The Chumscrubber, The Constant Gardener, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, to name a few. I also like books and music. Music wise I like pop and mellow stuff- Pink, Coldplay, John Mayer, Jack Johnson, Blue October, John Hiatt, Hanson, and various soundtracks etc.

Okay, phew I'm done and I think I went overboard here! Lol, sorry about that! tongue.gif
windscryer
Hi. *waves*

I actually joined this board a year ago, but before I even got my first post up I had issues. Finally gave up in frustration and then got sidetracked for a year (mostly the blame there lies on Supernatural, my other fave show, but I'm also a tidge lazy at times. biggrin.gif)

Anyway, long story short, I came back (under another username because the other one both exists and yet doesn't. huh.gif I don't know. Don't ask me.)

ANYWAY. (Sorry. I get sidetracked easily.)

Love Psych. Love James and Maggie and Tim and Dulé and Kristin and Sage and Corbin and just EVERYONE! Love the humor and the writing and the acting and the whole feel of the show!

(Not to mention it's GREAT fanfic fodder. laugh.gif)

In my spare time I can be found making fanart and reading/writing fanfic and just loving Psych!

(Oh, and if anyone from psychfic.com is around here and tells you I'm crazy . . . Well, okay, they're not lying. But I'm not dangerous.)

(Mostly anyway.)

Tootles!

Texasartchick
Oh what the hell, guess I'll jump into the mix, here.

Howdy, I'm Texasartchick. I'm from Texas, I'm an artist, and I'm a chick. Pretty self-explanatory how I came up with my screen name. I have a BFA in Painting & Drawing as well as a MA in Studio Art. But art degrees don't lead to a lot of steady paychecks unless you teach, so I also have a real job while doing art on the side.

My "real job"? I'm a police officer. You get one guess as to who my favorite character is on Psych.

Like Psychrulz says, there's a lot of nasty stuff out there, but plenty of good, too. Just keep the world in perspective and quit worrying so much. Life is too short to waste time stressing out about small stuff. Enjoy while it lasts.

ObsessedTvLvr
Hi I'm ObsessedTVLvr, and by my name, you can tell I like TV very very much, lol.
I like a lot of shows, but by far (waaaaaaaaaaaaay far) I like Psych the best. Psych is probably the best thing that's happened to me. Lol not really but very close. rolleyes.gif I read every single spoiler and watch every episode over and over(but who doesn't? lol). I have the Psych cast as my background on my computer and I even made myself a Psych t-shirt.
The reasons I joined the board are because I wanted to just express my Psych-love with other fans and also I needed a way to pass the time until August 7 (soooooooo faaaaaar!!!!!!!!!)
I'm also a Shules shipper, and I know I'm not the only one. They are the cutest couple on TV ever!!
I'm also a HUGE Lady Gaga fan although that really has nothing to do with Psych but I thought I just might as well say it lol.

I love Psych!!!!! (lol I don't know how to close this message so I decided on stating the obvious)

Hi, I'm not new, but I haven't been active in awhile and now when I log in, my display name is Yoimen_4
but the 4 was never there before. I didn't put it there. I've always just been Yoimen. Does anyone know why that happened or if I can change it, cuz I can't figure it out.
Thanks

Hi! I'm also relatively new to the boards here (I only joined like a month ago). I love theater (hence my name) so most people just call me Drama Queen because of how many shows I've been in (close to 30) and I particularly love musical theater and hope to get into more musicals, hence my sn on here. As I said, I am adding on to this. Other shows that I love include "Dancing With The Stars","America's Got Talent", "The Mentalist" (which is kind of like a cross between "Monk" and "Psych"), "Monk", "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?", "Don't Forget the Lyrics", and "Howie Do It" for the ones that are currently on the air. Oldies but goodies that I like are "M*A*S*H", "Moonlighting" (in which Cybill Sheperd plays opposite Bruce Willis who acts like Shawn which makes Cybill Sheperd good casting for Shawn's mom on USA's part), "3rd Rock From the Sun", "Happy Days", "ALF" (Alien Life Form), "Mork and Mindy", "Who's Line is it Anyways?" and "Perfect Strangers".
Non-musical movies that I love include "The Da Vinci Code", "Angels and Demons" "Shrek" (all 3), "Finding Nemo", "The Illusionist", anything Mel Brooks, "Night At The Museum" (and yes I want to see the second one too for a few reasons: 1.) I've been to the Smithsonian 2.) I loved the first one and 3.) One of my relatives is portrayed in there so of course I want to see it!!), "Gremlins", "Rat Race","Legally Blonde" (both of them...haven't seen "Legally Blondes" yet), "Back to the Future" (all 3) "Matilda","The Princess Bride" ("Hello, my name is Indigo(sp!) Montoya. You killed my father, prepare to die!!" "Humperdink...Humperdink, HUMPERDINK!!" "As you wish!!!!" "I and the Dread Pirate Roberts...." those are all quotes that me and my best friend love from there and we quote that movie all the time!!!") "Bride Wars" and all the "Harry Potter" movies as well as all the "Lord of the Rings" movies.
Musicals that I love include but are certainly not limited to the following:
"Fiddler on the Roof"
"Bye Bye Birdie"
"Seussical the Musical" (based on the works of Dr. Seuss and is basically a musical version of "Horton Hears a Who" though other characters such as The Cat in the Hat and The Grinch appear)
"Legally Blonde"
"Shrek"
"Wicked"
"Phantom of the Opera"
"The Producers" (duh!)
"Little Shop of Horrors"
"Miss Saigon"
"Les Miserables"
"RENT"
"Mamma Mia"
"Jersey Boys"
"Hairspray"
"Grease" (seen it 4 times by 4 different companies including Broadway so yeah I kind of have to list that one!)
"You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown"
"Chicago"
"A Chorus Line"
"West Side Story"
There's more but we'd be here until "Good Morning America" comes on if I list them all here!
Books I like include
"Harry Potter" (all of them)
"Lord of the Rings" (the first two....I haven't read the last one yet)
"Angels and Demons"
"The Da Vinci Code"
"Murder on the Orient Express"
I also play some musical instruments. I don't have any formal training, but I self taught myself
Organ(right hand only)
Keyboard (right hand only but I'm currently working on left hand as well)
Recorder
Penny/Irish Whistle
Guitar (currently working on)
I also competed in a state drama competition (didn't place though). I also competed and won in state (two time gold ranking out of platinum), regional (one time first place winner), and two national competitions (first time:first place, second time:excellent out of supurb ratings) for chorus competitions.
I can't think of anything else right now so I'll have to come back to this!!! laugh.gif tongue.gif cool.gif rolleyes.gif

Hi

I am joining you guys here from Singapore. Besides Psych, we get to watch Monk (also one of the faves here), The Starter Wife (....), Law & Order.

I am a teacher for children with autism and work five days a week. If you are here in Singapore, or have been here before, 5-day week is a not norm for most people. So, I am quite fortunate to enjoy my work, the kids are adorable wink.gif , and my TV time. Other than that, my time is spent with my family... lots of kids running around and fights to mediate.....and my music. I play the piano and flute, better at piano than the wind. My listen to all kinds of music, except maybe reggae and hip-hop and techno and rap, that's all.

I love comedies on TV, movies etc. It is a luxury and discipline to maintain a laugh a day, you know! tongue.gif

Thanks for your welcome! This looks like a nice forum to be a part of.
Haha! That should be a slogan or something. PSYCH: No life necessary to watch. wink.gif
And thank you! I'm glad you like them. smile.gif

Hey, all! You know, in my time here on the USA boards, and mostly on the Psych boards (because, let's face it....this is where all the action is and all the cool people hang out! wink.gif), I haven't peeled back the mask to reveal who PsychFan is...so, in the immortal words of Austin Powers, "allow myself to introduce....myself." huh.gif

I'm Chad, a 34-year-old grad student from Central New York, currently working on my master's degree in emergency & disaster management. I've hemmed and hawed over this degree and my path for quite awhile, but I finally feel like I'm on the track I'm supposed to be. In my former lives, I was a journalist and a social worker. Now, in addition to my studies, I volunteer with the Red Cross as a Disaster Mental Health worker. Needless to say, between volunteering and school, I can feel pretty drained sometimes, so Shawn & Gus provide the perfect pick-me-up!

I've been a fan of the show since before it even debuted on USA in 2006, thanks to the clever commercials they ran featuring Shawn with Monk, and the lead from The Dead Zone....I was hooked and knew I had to see more. This show has also fostered a love of pineapple in me, as previously, I was not such a fan of its flavor, which I now rate as "delicious." I'm a big fan of many other shows -- definitely have extremely varied tastes: from "Emergency!" of the 1970s to "Royal Pains," "Rescue Me," "House," "Cheers," "Quantum Leap," "Pushing Daisies," "Scrubs," "Better Off Ted," "30 Rock," "The Simpsons," "Futurama," and so many more, you'd think I was a TV addict...fact is, if there's a show you're looking to discuss, I'm sure I'll have something to chime in about it. biggrin.gif

Besides TV, my big addiction would have to be my BlackBerry. Most of my friends are surprised I haven't just grafted it to my body yet. It's soooo much more than a phone...and I'm going to have to share the "Psych" love with it. I already watch episodes of "Psych" on it when I have downtime if I'm out and about, away from my DVD collection, but it's probably going to need wallpaper and ringtones, too.

Always happy to be counted amongst my fellow "Psych"os, so nice to meet everyone I haven't, and of course, always good to see everybody I have met. smile.gif
PsychFreakILoveJamesRoday
You know, I don't remember if I've ever actually formally introduced myself, I've been on here for a while. If I have, oh well.

I'm PsychFreakILoveJamesRoday (I wanted a really long name) otherwise known as Allison or Allie. I don't exactly know when I fell in love with Psych but it was somewhere towards the beginning. I am a North Carolinian born and raised. I practically was raised on the Outer Banks (before we moved). Some of the things I love besides Psych are: Lost, The Office, The Big Bang Theory (so funny), Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter, Dominic Monaghan, Will Smith, Carolina Liar, Theory of a Deadman, Parmalee, and The Fray. I play the violin which I have named Jack (after Leo DiCaprio in Titanic). I have no idea what I want to do with my life after high school. I really want to do photography, maybe go around the world and take pictures for National Geographic or something.

That's me, in a nutshell.
iheartpsych
Wow I haven't been here in a long time!! I haven't really introduced myself, ever, but I'm Ariana, or iheartpsych, whichever you prefer. Oh, and I'm a Psychaholic smile.gif

Hi, i am LassiterLover69 or Maia, because i love Carlton Lassiter and of course Tim O.

i have been a Psych fan since re showing season 1 episodes when it went on hiatus,I am a college student i go to ASU finishing up a certification program to become a Music Therapist, now back to Psych i was not sure about the show at first i thought it was going to be stupid because they are already had a psychic type show on The Dead Zone, so then i watched Shawn vs The Red Phantom i was hooked , but i though i am always hooked on Lassiter i think he is so awesome and cute , the show is great always keeps me happy and going.

Hallo all. Long time off-and-on lurker, and I decided I should finally actually join and share in the Psych love.

I'm a fairly recent Psych-addict (6 months-ish, February or late January), but I am well and truly an addict. Though... I've only actually seen maybe 20 1/2 episodes (currently working my way through season 1, and I've got the Psych marathon recording.)

I love Lassiter; he's probably my favorite character on the show (though Shawn definitely runs a close second). And I had a huge fandork moment last week when he/Tim commented on my pineapple of him on Twitter. tongue.gif

On a non-Psych-related note... I'm a huge fan of Star Wars and Pirates of the Caribbean (if the sn didn't give that away), as well as Harry Potter, Metalocalypse, True Blood (& the book series), and a handful of other awesome shows.

I am, of course, a fan of delicious flavor, and I have a tendency to fangirl over the things I love. You have been warned. wink.gif
