I don't think it will be Shawn or any other major character with the exception of Megan.

I voted for other, as in a secondary character - PJ or Jed.

They show Megan being covered with a blanket, and Shawn being hurt, but Shawn's injuries may not be fatal, and the blanket over Megan might be a ruse to get help or something. Or they think she's dead and someone is able to save her somehow?

I'm going with Shawn and Meghan based on Maia's diary anagram. However, I am assuming that the deaths will not be real. They will be virtual reality deaths, as though we were watching one of Alana's alternate realities.

Does anyone think Megan dies then Tom becomes head of NTAC and his personallity from "The Marked" takes over - then with NTAC working together with the marked Jordan could have a real battle on his hands?

Meghan is not going to die. There no reason to introduce a new character and start a storyline with Tom just to kill her. In that case, they could have just kept Nina, dropped the romance storyline, and killed her.
