Johnny asked Sarah this question in tonight's episode...

Does not telling Sarah, when directly asked by her, that he did not have any visions (as JJ's band was playing) in the Heritage episode constitute as a lie...or honoring Walt's wishes? Afterall, Johnny thought Walt was safe - OR - does withholding that he ever had a vision(s) of Walt dying on that fateful day constitute as either a lie or betrayal...

I know many people have mixed feelings about Johnny and Sarah's relationship...

I think when this information is revealed it will serve as the final test that inevitably determines and defines their relationship. I just hope that it is not too drawn out like a soap opera. Unfortunately, I think this is the direction it is headed. What do you think? Perhaps the answer to this question is so obvious that it requires neither a response or reply.

Yep. I think you're right. Bruce told John that not telling Sarah is a lie. John has had the experience of people keeping secrets in his own life, i.e. Purdy about his father. John had respected Purdy for keeping the secret but John too has broken his word to JJ about not telling Sarah about his nightmares concerning his father. Walt is dead and I don't think it would be wrong to tell Sarah what was going on. Although the longer he waits the harder it'll be to be believed that he did everything possible to try to save him. Sarah did accuse John of not seeing it coming the day of the funeral. John let it go.
