Ok maybe not that huge, but nevertheless, not Monkish at all... When Monk goes to answer the door at the beggining of the episode, he wipes his hands on his pants. Go ahead take a look at the video. Frankly, i was very disapointed in the producers.

Not such a big flaw; at least he wiped them on something but using his sleeve would have been more consistant.

Hi, it's not that big, he wiped his hand on his jacket in "Mr Monk and The Secret Santa" when Cpt Stottlemeyer and himself did that thing that everyone does you know where you say "respect" and then join knuckles, he has done that (i think) a few times (wiped his hands, i mean), when he hasn't had a wipe near him, unless there was something that was on the door handle and he wiped it, then that would probably get noticed a bit, but, to me, it's not that un-Monkish, cause he's done it before.
