She did win a Golden Globe before she won the Emmy. Those little golden dust collecters can be easily confused.

Maybe that's it. She was wearing a pink dress, i know last year at the Emmy's she was wearing Black.

Hate to burst the bubble guys, but I think it's going to be the year of The Sopranos. Especially since the series is finally over. I'm a huge Sopranos fan, so if and when it does win, I won't be upset. Don't get me wrong, I think Mariska was great this season, especially w "Philadelphia" and "Florida," and I'd love for her to win, but Edie Falco this year? She was mad nuts awesome!

The one thing I am really hoping for is that Michael Imperiolli wins. Christopher was, is, and always will be my favorite character on Sopranos. Plus too, don't forget that he was on the original Law & Order for a bit there.

Girl, I am right there with you. I was so upset that he didn't get nominated. But to tell you the truth, his work for season 8 was not award winning. His earlier years diserve far more recognition; IMO that is.

You aren't the only one to think that. I know they wrote Annihilated for him to be his showcase. But it didn't give him the storyline to show what he can do. It's hard to get an outstanding performance from so-so material.

That is exactly what I was thinking. I mean the guy is an amazing actor. We have all seen it. But the storylines they give him are just bad. The entire season, his drama was about his wife. He signed the papers, had sex with her and now she is pregnant all in a matter of months. To me that is just bad writing. But...hopefully season 9 will be better as far as the writing goes.

Rooting for Marcia Gay Harden! You go girl, you know you deserve it Give the emmys to the ppl who acutally deserve it!!!

I'm also happy to see Judith Light (aka Judge Donnelly) get a nomination for her role in Ugly Betty. She makes me laugh in EVERY episode she appears in. I'm so glad she had a bigger role in season 8!
