~Newbie~
"Elliot would you please slow down?"I begged."What the fresh air bothering you?Told you your first week locked up in the squad room would bother you."Elliot said looking at the rear view mirror and smirking at me.I looked back at him and gave him the look.The look,everyone knew since I was seven that when I narrowed my eyebrow and looked straight into their eyes that I meant it.Olivia whom was reading through a file looked back at me."Trust me,you'll get used to it."she said smiling.I smiled back and looked out the window."Elliot,stop the car!"I yelled.He swirved onto the side of the street and looked at me nervously.I hopped out of the car and ran into the woods on the side of the street.

Chapter Two
~First Case~
Olivia swung the car door open and followed me."What's wrong?"she asked as she followed me.It only took a few seconds to realize what I was staring at."Elliot,call a bus!"Olivia yelled.I stood there froozen staring at her,why couldn't I move?"Victoria,Victoria."she looked straight into my eyes,she knew the blank look in my eyes all to well.Her first case with the SVU,some guy called 911 telling about hearing yells in the apartment down stairs.She had froozen right there,no movement in any part of her body.Elliot ran back to his car and got his cell phone,he dialed the numbers he knew by heart."Detective Stabler,we need a bus right by Jeffral Diner.We'll have the sirens on!"Elliot's voice was impatient and loud.Him and Olivia shared glances and both looked at me I backed up into a tree and just stood there.

Thanks, but I could really care less...I never even heard of them before they landed on the schedule...I also worked the Dancing with the Stars show that was there (didn't see any of it and the only thing I wanted to see was Apollo)...but what I am looking for is the Def Leppard/Styx and the Police concerts...

LOL,here's a story..one the last day of school I had my L&O theme song birthday card out and she walked in.I kept opening and closing it and it was just me and my two friends sitting on the desk.My teacher looked at me and was like "Why are you playing that SVU theme song?"
I was like... because I thought she wasn't even like paying attention.
Then I was like "Cause I'm obsessed,kinda like you and Bon Jovi."
She looked at me and said "Yeah,and who was singing It's My Life?"
Me and my friends kept laughing..

OMG, the card, I saw it on the website, Im buying it on my sister birthday and its not for her!

Lets get back to the point..
Chapter Three
~Determined ~

Less than ten minutes later the ambulance and police arrived.I still stood frozen against the tree staring at the crime scene.Who in their right mind would do this to a child?I asked myself.After both detectives Finn and Munch arrived and had been informed about what had happened Olivia walked over to the tree.I looked over and with no words at all she seemed to get what I was thinking."It's your first case.You just have to learn to get used to it," she said trying to comfort me."But who would do this..,"I asked glancing at the covered body that was being put into the ambulance."People who need help.Come on,how about we go some where away from the crime scene..,"she asked looking at me.I nodded and looked over at the other three detectives who had probably been watching the entire time.I hated myself for being so weak.I had been through so much,I had taught myself to be tough,to let nothing hurt me.Yet,I couldn't bring myself through this.I was going to get past this phase,I was focused on becoming a good detective.I couldn't back up into a tree and stare every case.It was time to toughen up once again,if not for me then for the victims.

That line said alot to me, this story is getting better and better by the chapter.

It comes to me while I eat,walk around the house,sleep.And there are just random times where I think 'I want to help people,I want to make a difference,' and thats what makes me want to be a detective.

I really wanted to add another chapter tonight but there's something bothering me...
I keep having really odd dreams and call me paranoid but I think they mean something.
I'm not really interested in sharing for all to see..so I rather not post it here.
Hopefully I'll be posting up soon and for anyone who really cares about the fanfic I'm sorry I can't post.I probably sound like a little baby but my mind it blocked up and I have no creative things floating around in my brain..once again sorry

I suffer from some of these, too. For example I stopped my novel when my (sex crimes) detectives arrive at the scene and are greeted by the homicide veteran for 16 years, who hadn't seen something like this victim in his entire life. Being confused is sort of normal mental state of me. My dreams are rather sort of... adult now *flush*, no weird staff anymore. What about founding a selfhelp-group for us and our fellows?

I'm naturally confused and hyper..and lazy,lol.But I'm only naturally lazy when there's nothing to do but be lazy...and yes I need a selfhelp-group!I also need my own blog on this message board.No one could guess what happens to me...

If you want to you can pm me. I'd never tell something that people tell me in privacy.

Chapter Four
~ Vision ~

The next day the squadroom was silent,everyone kept glancing at me.I heard Olivia whisper something to Elliot that included my name.It remained quiet for two hours..until we got a call from an apartment manager who had been getting complaints about someone's shower water running all night.I was puzzled at first and didn't get why we were getting called about it.Olivia and I went in one car as Elliot went in another.It felt strange sitting in a car with only one of the partners,just as strange as when Olivia had dropped me off the night before."So,are there any leads on last night's case,"I asked.Liv was staring in front of her and seemed astonished that I asked her about the case."Not yet,we're lucky that we found the body when we did.,"Olivia replied smiling at me."You've got amazing eye sight.,"she complimented
"Thanks." Sad thing was I wasn't really all too glad about having " amazing eye sight ".The rest of the ride was similarily silent as the squadroom before we got the call.

~ Take Two ~
Finally, Olivia and I arrived at the crime scene. Elliot was there already and was waiting for us.Yellow crime scene tape was across the apartment building's front door.The second we entered the lobby of the apartment building Officer Daniels informed us of what was happening.Olivia and Elliot glanced at each other then at me.Unlike my first actual case I wasn't frozen and walked into the apartment.I knocked on the bathroom door which the victim had locked herself in."Leave me alone!,"she yelled."What's her name?,"I asked one of the officers in a whisper tone."Jennifer Montgomery.,"he stated."Come again.,"I said staring into his eyes.Just like the first case I felt my body freeze up.

~ Memories ~
I remembered my promise to myself and unfroze,I knocked on the door again."Redi," I said as I pounded on the door for the third time.The shower water stopped,Olivia came forward as if she were ready to go in. I turned around and put my hand in front of her," wait " I whispered.She looked at me suspicously and then backed up."Vicky?," Jennifer anxiously asked. "Yes.,"I replied smiling at all the memories coming back to me now.Slowly the door knob unlocked and I went in.The bathroom was filled with steam that spread through the entire apartment just by opening and shutting the door."Oh my gosh," Redi sobbed when I turned around.She hugged me and began to cry on my shoulder.

Olivia walked in and closed the door behind her. She looked at me with a confused facial expression. I grabbed another towel and rapped it around Jennifer. "It's gonna be ok," I promised. I took my coat off and drapped it over her shoulders. She nodded, " how about we get you some clothes? " I suggested.
She nodded again and I opened the bathroom door. Elliot looked at us and then Olivia who at the moment was still standing there. Redi and I walked into her bedroom where I took out an outfit for her and put it on the bed. "I'll be right oustide the door," I whispered as I walked out."What's going on ?," Olivia asked me."She's my cousin,"I said quietly.

Chapter Eight
~I missed you ~
After she had gotten dressed we drove her down to the precient. She spent the entire ride with her head on my shoulder. " I missed you," she whispered. I wanted to say I missed her too and I was about to but we had reached the precient.As children Jennifer and I had always been open about everything. But when I went to college it was as if I closed my past. I had become self - centered and I hated it. That and my past were the two main reasons I'd choose to join the Special Victims Unit.

I know it's slow but..it's gonna get better
