I just joined up yesterday. Been watching BN for a while, although I have missed a few eps. Trying to catch up as they air. Im now hooked.

I've been a fan of Bruce's since Brisco County, which is one of my all time fave shows ever! I also have been a fan of Jeff's since I saw him on "The Pretender" as Kyle. I adore all the cast members and think they work wonderfully togethter. The dynamic is what makes this show rock!

i'm a new member, but longtime fan of BN!! I started watching the show last summer because my mother kept calling me on thurs. nights telling me "you have to watch this show, you'll love it"...so i finally broke down and watched it to shut her up, but turns out mom was right. i hate it when that happens.

I have been a fan of Jeffrey Donovan since his last fabulous Hit Show Touching Evil! I was so depressed when they took it off the air, then I see this premire commercial of Burn Notice and I was like OMG!!!! You would not believe how excited I was to see that he was back!!! I have never missed an episode, but I still go on USA and watch last seasons! I saw him also in Crossing Jordan and he did a wonderful job! I'm so glad he's back! Now, can I beg them to put him back in Touching Evil so I can enjoy both show????? LOL

Hi Everyone! My name is Cindy Sue Tierney, I'm hard of hearing. I can read lip reading, I like to write about me.
Yeah! I'd a very good time with this BN board, Oh I love this board, and so much fun with friendly than boring at home. lol! Anyway back to me: I've received Santa Barbara City College Certification in 3D Computer Animation, and actually I want to be into Film Production. I've been in scriptwriting class twice, I got A's., So far I haven't collect the whole classes. I'm too old to do this all myself. Well, Actually I'm planning to buy some businesses going on, still unemployee, self esteem, life style, and enjoy to travel. I'm hoping to catch all of you guys and BN casting in Miami some day. How I first learned about this BN, I never heard of it since this BN new esipode started! I saw the TV commercial about BN on Thursday, There's small clip about JD said where am I? Fi said "Miami"..., I talked myself, Oh this one must be interesting! So, I watched it about a month ago this year! Whoa! This BN is so GREAT! This remind me almost same like "Miami Vices in '80's.". Wow! I love BN, this is so funny, humor, and spying style. I know that I never heard one thing's "Money Launderer". I've thought about it, like this one when other shows, and also in Miami Vices when the bad guys said he owes me a lot of money that this guy borrowed from this bad guys what they never called money launderer, I remember they said that he is a bad Loan Shark. I suppose to say the "Money Launderer" is a good guy. Amazing! I remember Bruce Campbell, he used to be in Brisco Co., I love a horse name Comet! Oh man! BC and Comet are my favorite. Now, I'm surprise about JD and Fi both of them are very HOTTIE couples! Please Keep BN going!!! I hope to see all of you guys in Miami someday!!!

ur never too old, im too just starting my bs degree and i am old... the way i see it is it dosent matter how old i am when i finish, i will finish and i will be that old eaither way.. at least i have a somthing to show for it. i did take american sign class, but my science classes over ruled.. im not very good if fact i suck at it lol,

Unfortunately (?), I'm still in the first blush of infatuation enough to have seriously bored a friend and our dinner hostess last night with the topic. I think once I get my friend watching and reading JD interviews/bios she'll forgive me, since she's an actor herself. Funny coincidence, though...my friend's son is 18 and just started college locally. They have DVD/VHS only at home, no TV. I mentioned Burn Notice and he went all super-fan on me. "Oh yeah! BN rocks! Great show!" And he's seen a whole ONE episode! And, of course, it's one I've only heard about--the rifle and the X-ray machine in the trunk of the car. My poor friend...son and I seem to have the same sort of memory for good lines and quips--and the same compulsion propensity to converse in quotes. It's a good thing so much of the evening was taken up with watching 2 Gary Oldman movies on DVD--it gave friend and hostess an excuse to ignore us and gave us a reason to STFU, which we did. Mostly. Sort of.

Anyway, it was a hoot. I'm looking forward to meeting more BN fans. Do we have a code-phrase and/or secret handshake?

SunnyD, what kind of science classes? I'm a bona fide science nerd myself.
I laughed as hard as anyone at MW as that science nerd in Rough Seas, but it was a good thing he was dealing with relatively stupid/ignorant criminals. Let's just say that's an impersonation and product imitation you won't want to try in real life except to be entertaining. [MW voiceover] In reality, most of us rank-and-file lab types are like covert operatives. We could be anyone. Most of the time you'd never notice us if you passed us on the street. [/voiceover] OK...I'll grant that some of us are not good at tactical analysis, hand-to-hand combat and decent cooks.

biology is my major, the only sucky thing with that major is the chemisrey, right now i organic and bio chem...but to be truthful i dont know what the hell hes talking about most of the time lol i

I changed from bio sci to bio chem my 3rd year of undergrad. The chemistry faculty at my college was much better. Wish I could offer to help ya out, but it's been rather a long time.

Hang in there. It isn't so bad. Does your school have peer tutoring? Mine did, through the undergrad branch of ACS...which just happened to use the Greek letters instead: AXE (alpha chi sigma). See! back on topic for the forum!

Hi I'm new here, hope it's ok to post on this thread I have just discovered this awesome show and WOW after the first hour I was hooked then spent the next two days catchin up online and have now ordered the season one box set as well. My name's Sam I'm from the UK, I'm female and 25.
Can I just say where has this show been it gets like zilch publicity and it's awesome it's some of the best TV ever!!
Question: does anyone know an address to get autographs of the cast again apologies if this is the wrong place.

Welcome Sam! Burn Notice is a fantastic show, isn't it? It's well-written, well-acted, and authentic in every way (down to the "5th big star" of the show, the city of Miami). I think you'll really enjoy the DVD commentaries for season 1 - I recently bumped this thread and you may have already seen it, but in case you're interested in reading the transcriptions of the commentaries, here's the link to the pilot episode (which includes links to all the other commentary threads). I'm still working on the transcriptions but I'm *almost* done with 'em and hope to have all the commentaries posted before the show starts back up on January 22nd.

I'm not sure that we've ever gotten a definitive answer on the board about where to get autographs of the cast. Does anyone know the answer to this? Perhaps I'll try to run a search on the forum and see if anyone has ever posted that info...I'll see if I can track down the answer to this question, Sam. If I find out anything I'll post a new topic.
