Wow, that's great. I don't know if I could do that, I'm to sensitive and might end up in a wreck seeing a rape victim like that.
It may have just been one of those 'nothings' that happened with you. Had you eaten?
Oh and I so read to 2nd chapter of falling, it was awesome!!! Are you planing on making that an entire story?

I've only had 2 cases hit me really hard, and it was more after the fact that they stuck with me. That was part of the reason that I decided to get my certification as a dance therapist. Sometimes, especially after someone has been victimized repeatedly, words just aren't enough to help them to heal. That's when alternative methods of therapy (like dance or movement) can help survivors to heal in a different way (especially since the violence starts with the body, it's a natural place to begin the healing process).
As far as the hospital, yes, I had eaten, but my blood sugar and blood pressure were very low at the time. They gave me some crackers and something to drink and wouldn't let me out of bed until they got my levels back up (and ran an EKG).
And I'm glad you liked the second chapter of Falling. I wasn't sure how far I was going to take it, but I've gotten a pretty good response so far so I'll probably make it into an entire story.
As for everyone else, Happy Holidays!!!
