Are they kidding. I did like the first show but after the marathon and then the 2nd show, I was bored. What lead me to making this thread is I just saw the commercial that the last show is finially coming up. THANK GOODNESS!!! And they said "This Summers Biggest Hit". What???!!!!??? If the threads and post on here say anything to how popular it is I would say it sunk. I go to other forum and they can 100's and 100's of posts per day and i dont see that happeneing over tis show.

I love Debra M but this show was going nowhere.

I don't know if it's a hit since I haven't seen the ratings, but based on conversations I've had with people, it's definitely popular and well-loved. It's entirely possible that the fans of the show are not fans of the internet or wouldn't think to google Starter Wife and join an online community. I've lurked on many boards and never joined. You can't judge the success of a series on how many people are chatting about it on one board.

I think it is one of the biggest hits of the summer - it was fantastic and I am sorry it was only a movie and not a series. Debra Messing and all the cast blend well together and give stellar performances. The story has a lot of heart and the main messages I received was accepting people for who they are, not what they ought to be and to remember dignity when a world is crumbling down around you (don't give up or let it beat you).

I believe this movie gave a lot of women in Molly's situation strength to not let get lost in what was taken away but to focus on where they can go from the bottom.

Everyone has his or her own perceptions, that's part of life, but if one don't see it through to the end, he or she will never know what the point is or what the lesson is they need to learn.

Hi Bubba here, I agree, Debra Messing is a great actress glad to see her back on television.
