I was watching USA and they are showing the movie Frequency right now and there was a glimpse of the 4400 and the dead zone. I don't care too much about the 4400 but for Dead Zone it said somebody will be leaving forever and then John said a line something like I saw you dead...

It also said "Tonight he takes it all back" and showed a little boy's hand. It has to be Walt. I can't wait for tonight. It's been a long, long wait.

my first impressions a few weeks ago were that it would be Purdy or Walt. As the hour approaches, I'm seeing the signs pointing towards Walt...

I'm thinking it's Bruce. In the "take it back" promo they say John lost his "hope" and showed John staring at fire. Who represents John's hope? Hope is tied to "Faith". So, maybe whatever John's "hope" was dies with that person. I'm thinking this person is Bruce because of what we saw in "Zion" and if hope/faith via Bruce or maybe even Purdy as a long shot since both represent a "inspiration/faith" symbol for John. This would leave a whole in the trinity of "faith hope future". Someone's gotta fill that gap. Will it be the new character? Will John ultimately still cause the break up of Sarah's marriage? Who knows. This "take it back" theme implies a different more aggressive John, perhaps?

That clip must be part of "The sixth season begins with Johnny receiving visions of his friends in danger at a local festival."
So i tend to think {that View clip} it's only the tease, it's only part of the visions of his "friends" he sees in danger.
Although! one of them is right.

I'm going with Walt but my second choice is Purdy. I sincerely hope it's not Bruce. Less than 6 hours to go WOOHOO!

I'm going with someone not important, lol...(out of hope and desperation), but I don't think it's going down that way.

I do feel like it can't be Walt because well, it seems TOO obvious. Johnny has a vision that Walt is going to die. Johnny is going to stop it from happening, but when he does, it will cost someone else their life: a twist that even he didn't see coming.

I don't know... but I'm really hoping it's not Walt or Bruce or really anybody for that matter! I love them all so much! All the main characters have been on the show since day 1, and it's so not cool if anyone dies.

Realistically, possibly Purdy? Maybe...

lol...it's nothing really good, but I didn't want to just say it without warning because it was something I found in the spoiler threads awhile back. But, how can you just not click it? That's all it takes... one click. haha.

My friend who's also on this board, doesn't even visit the board right now because she does not want to be spoiled. But I never could resist spoilers. LOL I'm the kind of person that skips to the last page in a book to see if it has a good ending, because I hate bad endings, if it's in a book, movie or tv-series.

Well at least I have something to look forward too and helps me focus on that, so I won't have too much trouble with fear attacks tomorrow. Just keep thinking about seeing the premiere should do it.

The one happening that would change Johnny's life forever?
Walt married Sarah and raised Johnny's son as his own. If Walt dies Johnny would be doing the same thing. He would take care of Sarah and help to raise Walt's baby. The producer's clips talked about exploring to a deeper part the relationship between Sarah and Johnny. Cara Buono is to be the new detective on the show. Is it because Walt is gone???The producers also implied she may come between Johnny and Sarah's relationship.
All speculation on my part. I know that if Walt dies, OMG, it is going to be a real tear jerker as in S2 "Playing God" where Johnny tries to save Kate, but he can't!!!
Tonight we will all know the answer.

A few thoughts and questions about the opening of season 6

First off is tonights episode about the armaggeddon arc like the other seasons primeres.

And if so, i think it might be Walt that might die. Here is why:

In Broken circle, (opening of season 4) future John came to John while he was in the car with Walt and says something like "Good old Walt, it is a shame you (John) had to kill him". What if John (not on purpose), had to kill Walt on tonights episode. Maybe he had to make a choice b\w to lives or something like that. And that will fall back on what FJ said in broken circle. That would be awesome though. John will feel like what ever he does, with all the good intentions that he feels to stop armaggoddon it is still playing out to a certain degree to what FJ said to him.

Besides that though, i think there would be another twist or shocking moment in tonights episode. The episode is called Heritage. I dont no if its the name of the festival that they are going to but what if it has something to do with JJ. What if he has the phyic abilities aswell. Becuse in babble on John was wondering if his father had the abilities aswell. So maybe its a genitic gene that they all share and tonight they reveal that.

The problem is though, i live in Australia so i am one season behind you lot. I wait for the dvds to come out each year and order them. So i will not find out till next year. But i dont no weather i should spoil it for myselve and find out who dies, and whats the big shock if its not that when the premired finishes becuse i am sure you guys will talk about it here on the forum afterwards. But if i hold back, just tell me please if tonights episode is about the armaggoddon arc like the rest of the season openers.

I love that movie! Got it on DVD. I look at these shows back to back and I love them all! I was thinking it was gonna be Purdy, but now, I now see that it's Walt...don't like that at ALL!!!! ....
