Does anyone know the title and artist for the last song played in the episode? It was when Sam and Molly headed off to do "you know what". Some of the words I heard were:

faith
summer

I've googled the words/phrase but had no luck. There weren't actual sentences sung (or at least any that I could understand). Nice voice. Almost sounded a little like Seal.

I mean, I do LOVE the show...but this song motivated me to join and post.

I love that song and cannot for the life of me figure out the title or the artist.
