The court room was cold and empty. The only people that were in there were John and Casey, and Jase and her atterny. The judge came in a few minutes later.
Judge: What r the charges?
Atterny: 1 count abuse in the first ur honor.
Judge:Consouler
Casey: Guilty ur honor.
jase looked over at john surprised.
Casey: But ur honor, approach?
Judge waved her two hands signaling them both to come forth.
Judge: This better be good casey.
Casey: Ur honor my client here felt the need to have hit her by force.
Judge: Im not following.
Casey: My client says that his actions were forced. He was being tuanted, and at that moment she was asking for my client to hit her.
Atterny: Objection. Ur honor there is no proof that my client was indeed asking to be hit.
Casey: Let the jury hear it ur client and mine will prove that ur client was obviously asking to be hit...

I can't imagine Munch hitting anyone, much less a woman. He's the most easy-going guy on SVU. And when he's talking about his exes, he doesn't even really get angry.... he makes jokes about it. This is really out of character for Munch

Judge: Look I don't know what you are getting at miss Novack, but I don't have time to play he said she said with the court. I wanna another hearing. And this time I want to make sure that what your saying is correct.
