The Steel Cage Match from Friday Night SD! from September 9, 2005
Rey Mysterio vs. The Late Eddie Guerrero

The Steel Cage Match from Unforgiven 2005
Matt Hardy vs. Edge and what about Matt giving Lita the Twist of Fate for her own good
and Matt Hardy owns 2 Steel Cage Match victories over Edge in 2 Unforgiven PPV's

The Steel Cage Match from Taboo Tuesday 2005 for the I-C Heavyweight Title
Ric Flair vs. Triple H and what about Flair delivering 3 chairshots to Triple H

I wasnt back into watching wrestling in 2005... but however my general opinion of steel cage matches are that they're better in small doses..

Liked it, showed that Flair still had it in him to deliver a main event-caliber match.

I enjoyed it, and was surprised by Randy. But i've seen Taker in better Cell matches.

Taker vs. HBK (Badd Blood '97)
Taker vs. Mankind (King of the Ring '98)
Taker vs. Kurt Angle vs. Rikishi vs. HHH vs. The Rock vs. Stone Cold (Armageddon 2000)

All better.

Well guys here's my take on the Steel Cages from 2005:

The Elimination Chamber from New Year's Revolution 2005 was OK, but it was SO AWESOME seeing Chris Benoit do a Diving Headbutt off the top of the Interal Chambers, just like RVD's did a 5* Frog Splash onto Triple H @ the 2002 Survivor Series, and even though this match was good, it will NEVER top the 2002 Survivor Series very 1st Elimination Chamber.

The Steel Cage Match from RAW between Kane & Snitsky was AWESOME and it was a great way to end the feud between the 2 monsters, Snitsky tore the door off the cage, but Kane beat him to the punch and then chokeslammed him on the door was AWESOME, and Trish should've stayed out of the way. LOL

The Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match from No Way Out 2005 was OK, but JBL wins when he crawled under the ring, too bad Big Show didn't get the title, and I kneew that it was going to be setup for John Cena to take the Gold from JBL 6 weeks later @ Wrestlemania 21.

The Triple H/Batista III Hell in a Cell from Vengeance 2005 was another AWESOME match, and it was BETTER than the last to feuds from Wrestlemania 21 and BACKLASH '05
2005 will always be remembered for the year Batista beat Triple H 3 times

The Steel Cage Match between Kane & Edge was not that good b/c Edge used a Briefacse to escape from Kane, but I was glad when Matt Hardy came and beat him to a pulp

The Steel Cage Match between Rey Mysterio & The Late Eddie Guerrero was AWESOME, and FINALLY the Rey/Eddie Feud is OVER, and Eddie did a Frog Splash off the top of the cage was INCREDIBLE

The Steel Cage Match from Unforgiven 2005 between Matt Hardy & Edge was AWESOME Matt w/that Guillotine was INCREDIBLE and I was SO glad that Hardy put Lita & Edge in their place and Matt Hardy owns 2 Steel Cage Match victories over Edge in 2 Unforgiven PPV's

The Steel Cage Match from Taboo Tuesday 2005 between Ric Flair & Triple H was MEMORABLE, it was AWESOME and Flair delivering 3 Chair Shots to Triple H was AWESOME, Triple got what he deserved and Flair wins w/The Great Escape

Taker/Orton III Hell in a Cell form Armageddon 2005 was AWESOME, Orton put some effort into the match, but once again The Deadman survives Hell in a Cell, and I was glad that Taker put The Ortons (Bob, Jr. & Randy) in their places when he gave them a Tombstone.

Now those Cage Matches were AWESOME, and INO they were some of the best matches that I've ever seen.
