Well i didn't watch it but from what i read i will not be buying anything that has to do with WM 23. I garantee that Lockdown will own WM. I probably won't be buying any RAW PPV with cena still champ. I'll save my money for UFC (which is this weekend, yeah) and TNA (lockdown next weekend).
I'm so glad I didn't purchase WM, and from now on i'm boycotting ANY WWE PPV.
If John Cena is in the main event in any way, shape, or form, I won't buy. Period. I'm tired of this s**t...

The fact that the Batista taker fight wasn't right before this pisses me off. I hate this poopie that the wwe is putting out now. I'm so tired of John Cena. I am not going to sit through 6 more months of his damn title reign. He is an overused pile of s**t.

Well just so you know:
4 weeks from tonight will be BACKLASH LIVE! from Atlanta, GA and BTW starting tonight WWE is dumping brand only PPV's, which means that staring w/Backlash WWE PPV's will be RAW, SD!, and ECW all in 1 PPV.

All the PPV's are going to be like that. All three brands on one PPV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's right.
Also, the Women's Title Match was a WASTE!
I'm glad I didn't spend $50 on that trash.

Boy i'm glad they are going back to that, but still, if Cena is in the main event, I won't buy.
But just for everyone's info, they're doing this because NO ONE buys SD-only PPV's. They don't even come an ace of competing with the sales RAW does.
They're having to re-merge them again.

I know its crazy isn't it (not really, but kind of funny still). And the fact that they got rid of the single brand ppv's is something that i don't care about because John Cena will still be in the fricken main event.

Well I read that Vince McMahon was not happy w/New Year's Revolution and also No Way Out PPV did poor in the buyrates.
I hope that next year, WWE goes back to doing 1 PPV a month-12 PPV's a year instead of having 14, 15, or 16 PPV's a year, I mean that's too many PPV's.
Well, it's getting to be so many PPV's, that good matches are being subtracted from RAW & SD, because every few weeks, another PPV is around the corner, and they want to hold the 'good' card for the PPV.

Yeah I agree, theres too many pay per views, and it just makes the SD and RAW shows 2 hour commercials for them instead of having actual entertainment.. And if your going to ahve a ppv every three weeks, atleast lower the price so the common fan like myself can afford it!
Also Im curious to find out how many ppl actually ordered WM?

With the exception of wrestlemania and the royal rumble, the other 10 ppv s usually suck!

Well just so you know:
Last year's BACKLASH was a disgrace and I knew that it was going to be, and I'm glad I didn't waste my money on THAT, b/c of Vince McMahon booking God in a match and that was a SIN against the Bible.
I'm glad that Vince got his head shaved and he paid for his sins.
I hope that SOMEONE gets a Women's Title shot, someone that's WORTHY of the title and not some Playboy Bunny w/0 talent.
Also, BACKLASH will be in Atlanta, GA which is the old home to WCW, and also Atlanta is the current hometown of Chris Benoit and Amy Dumas.
Well don't expect to see Amy Dumas @ the PPV especially after being disrespected in her last match @ Survivor Series XX.
Plus I hope that no one makes wisecracks about WCW, I mean you don't hear TNA make wisecracks about that.

Oh god... would you bible thumpers get off of that.
That match worked on both sides, and was very promotional for Shawn & his born again attitude. Instead of looking at it as a SIN, like soooooo many dorks did, they didn't see the fact that the Mr. McMahon character is supposed to be the devil, and that Shawn didn't need a tag partner, because the Lord was on his side, against this bad man.
No, it's a SIN.

the main event was a disgrace!!! Never have i seen someone totally dominate and carrry a macth like HBK did and then to make him tap out to John F'n Cena is just ridiculous. I guess i knew it was going to happen but just seeing made my heart drop. The fight was poorly put together as well. They were acting like cena couldn't even stand his knee was hurt so bad. Then a minute later he is running around like a wild man, totally fine and doesn't even grimmace pretending to be hurt. But man o man were the the boo-birds out for cena last night. When he held that belt up i thought the place was going to riot. We all know how those detRIOT mans can get.

Hey, Vince McMahon was critized by the media for mocking God, and they are right, also Bret Hart said that HBK is a liar and his book is a farce.
Besides, there are some wrestlers that are born again Christians, but they also need to stand up to Vinnie Mac and tell him that this is wrong.

They should've rioted. Maybe millions of dollars of damage, and 60 people in a hospital, will finally get the point across to McMahon that people don't want Cena as champ anymore.
When he shows up at RAW tonight, no doubt he's gonna be booed severely, and rightfully so.

I found the comment about the whole sin thing funny. I'm religious but i didn't really care about that. I just thought it was a horrible storyline. And i wished and hoped for a riot but that didn't happen. i also hoped for one at unforgiven but that didn't happen.

Yeah,I made the stupidest diecision by buying WrestleMania. The show was a total snoozefest period, nothing exciting going on. But the Main Event was the worst...ugh..Cena still champ, makes me sick. I agree that it was ridiculous when Cena supposably hurt his leg and two seconds later he's fine. I am just so discusted, cause most of the match...which was drawn out too much HBK was kicking Cena's ass bad. But nope HBK tapped out. I did hear the riots, and if I were there I would have rioted, that was the stupidest s*it I've ever seen. I'm not watching anymore Raws,SD,PPVs or whatever until Cena is not champ, than they will
earn me back as a fan. So please someone when Cena loses the title to which he deserves to lose please tell me.

thank you.
Oh and Edge looked pretty messed up yesterday after Jeff Hardy jumped on him. Hope he's okay
I agree. No PPV purchases from me until John Cena IS NOT in the main event. I don't even care if it's not a title match.
No Cena main events, then i'll start purchasing them again.

It should become an official boycott. BTW was Edge actually hurt?
I think so.
If it's kayfabe, Edge is doing a great job selling it.
But I thought Edge was already hurt before the match. That's the reason he wasn't wrestling in the weeks leading up to WM.

it doesnt look like he was hurt too bad or at all. He was on Raw last night. Didn't wrestle, but that could have been b/c of the jaw too. Did cut a good promo (as always) though. And he did receive a pretty decent pop.
I was relieved by the audience reaction to Edge last night.
When Orton's name was mentioned, cheers began instead of boo's (that's good).
And despite Edge's boo's, when Edge mentioned that he had earned it, he was cheered. Which is true.
So maybe this John Cena-influenced WWE audience isn't entirely a lost cause.
Cena was HEAVILY booed. More boo's than cheers.

Just glad that it was kayfabe. Glad to here those boos.
I finally got to watch WM. Pretty boring & a waste of money this year.
The Battle of the Billionaires Special Referee match: Umaga w/ Vince McMahon & Armando Alejandro Estrada vs. Bobby Lashley w/ Donald Trump, Special Referee: "Stone Cold" Steve Austin
Victor: Bobby Lashley w/ Donald Trump
The Battle of the Billionaires was definitely the most interesting thing of the night. Everyone BUT Lashley & Umaga were interesting. The Lashley/Umaga match was pretty basic and by the numbers. Nothing special, and nothing more than you would see on RAW or ECW. The steel cage match on ECW awhile back was better. Shane-O-Mac came out to interfere, and was pretty fun to watch, going coast-to-coast with the garbage can on Lashley. Stone Cold was in the mix too laying his share of punches & stunners. In alot of ways, this might've been a more interesting match up had Austin been Trump's rep, and Shane McMahon been Vince's rep. I think Austin & Shane would've put on a better match. Then had someone like Eric Bischoff as the special ref.
World Heavyweight Championship: WHC Batista vs. The Undertaker
Victor: The Undertaker *the new World Heavyweight Champion*
Definitely the best singles & title match of the night. Went on for awhile, and I was quite surprised at Batista's stamina. Kept you guessing as to who was going to come out the victor, and overall was a very well put on match with Taker coming out on top, via a tombstone. His undefeated streak at WM now remains intact, going 15-0.
WWE Championship: WHC John Cena vs. "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels
Victor: John Cena *retains WWE Championship*
Granted... not as bad as everyone said. Cena was as lame as always going through the paces, but took TONS of punishment from HBK, including a piledriver into the ring steps, which left him scared & bloody. Unlike some reviews, HBK didn't just give up to the STFU. It had to be applied THREE TIMES before he gave up, as did THREE FU's before Michaels gave up. Versus, HBK who was only able to hit ONE superkick. HBK gave his all, and deserved the win, but of course it was GIVEN to Cena. Cena DID NOT sell the knee injury as reported, and was a poor showman as always. The match did seem to go on forever though, around 35 minutes. The match was NEVER boring however. So like I said, not great, but not as bad as reported.
Money In The Bank 8-man Ladder match: CM Punk vs. Finlay vs. Mr. Kennedy vs. King Booker vs. Matt Hardy vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton vs. Edge
Victor: Mr. Kennedy
Decent ladder match, but overall a disappointment. Didn't go on long enough, and the battle was pretty unbelieveable... in a bad way. Kennedy basically just walked up and grabbed the case. Highlights include Orton hitting two RKO's off the ladder on CM Punk & King Booker (??? I believe, can't remember), and Jeff Hardy sending Edge through a ladder.
U.S. Championship: USC Chris Benoit vs. M.V.P
Victor: USC Chris Benoit *retains U.S. Championship*
Standard. Nothing more than you'd see on SmackDown!
Women's Championship, lumberjill, blah blah blah... didn't even watch it. Skipped it.
