David, Elizabeth, and Bailey are finally enjoying their vacation this week . This was the first time he could get away since the show ended as he has been in Nashville recording, writing, and attending meetings. Many good things are happening for DSR and he has some incredible new material that two major labels are very interested in. He will be taping a pilot for a show about songwriters on Friday and is a special guest of the Avoyelles Parish 200th Anniversary celebration/parade on Saturday.
David remains very appreciative of the opportunities that the show has offered and it is more than evident that his fan base has grown extensively since the show . The well wishes keep pouring in and everyone is excited for another DSR CD soon.
David and Elizabeth are in the beginning stages of planning their move to Nashville, i.e. selling their house in Baton Rouge, house-hunting in Nashville, etc. 2007 has been, and will continue to be, a life changing year for their little family and we hope everyone will keep them in their prayers as they continue to follow God's plan for their family .

Hmmmmmnn!!! Talks with a major record company certainly sounds interesting! I'll be waiting on the next news in that regard. Glad to hear they are getting away to catch their breath and get ready for the next whirlwind in their life.
