Director's Guild I think. In case anyone would like to keep tabs or lives in the area and would like to attend the screenings. It looks like a fun if off the wall kind of flick. Here's a link to the 'official' website of the movie: LA Blues, the movie And Ian Gurvitz Myspace page dedicated to the film: LA Blues on myspace

It looks like a great movie with a great cast. I'm looking forward to the day that it will hopefully be released on DVD so we on the other side of the world can see it too.

A nice review at http://dvd.monstersandcritics.com/reviews/...Review_LA_Blues

"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the writing and the adeptness of the performances. All of the cast members were excellent, but watching Anthony Michael Hall evolve from a callous Hollywood agent into a caring person, and then observing Dave Foley consistently exhibit the characteristics of a truly noble man in spite of a stressful situation had a touching effect that made the whole film experience even more satisfactory."

The movies might be small, but AMH never is.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Michael is excellent. The dialogue is witty and the situations relatable from both female and male perspectives. The whole cast does a fine job. I wish they had been able to generate the buzz necessay for a nation wide theatrical release. Hopefully it will do well on dvd.

I received the movie last week from amazon and it's a really great movie. Really enjoyed it all the way through. Although it seems a guy movie since it's all about 6 guys that have problems communicating, you really can enjoy it if you're female.

Michael was awesome in this one. You just love to hate him as the cold-hearted selfish guy he plays. It's great to see him change through the movie. And he had me really going with that story at the end, just as his friends. I was already getting teary eyed. tongue.gif

A really nice addition to my AMH collection.

Per request of Ian Gurvits the director and writer of the movie, If you have ordered it through amazon or have an account there, please leave a review on the movie to get the word out.
Same goes for other movie sites etc that let you put in user reviews.

Thanks.
