I am so proud of you. Your voice and music has stole my heart since I first heard you way back on week 1. You are an amazing artist and it runs in the family. Your son has an amazing role model in you. It's hard to have dreams and aspirations when you have a family but when you have a great family like yours to support you, and your son giving you all that strength anything is possible. I knew you could do it. i love your music. You and Zac both keep the soul fires burning. I love you both. I missed week 1 but fromweek 2 when I watched I picked Angela and gave her all my votes every week.She gives me chills down my spine.

This is the first year I have actually voted. And that is only because I finally found someone I really felt connected with. All the conests this season were amazing. To me it's probably my favorite season yet.

Angela, Being from Baton Rouge, and knowing David's family, I was (and still am) a DSR supporter, however I knew from the first night I saw and heard you that he was going to have some stiff competition. If he had to lose to anyone I would have picked you. Congratulations on your Nashville Star Victory! I am looking forward to hearing great things from you in the months and years to come. Please don't ever lose you down to earthyness, it is another one of the things that makes you soooooooo appealing. Of course my cousins in Muscle Shoals will always remind me that the Star of '07 is from there and not from here in Baton Rouge. (I guess we just didn't have enough dead people registered to vote. )
