Ok, Angela was on fire last night! But I couldn't keep my eyes off her dress. She looked amazing in it. And I couldn't help but wanting that dress for myself, its adorable and chic. I really liked it. So... I checked forever 21 to see if they had something similar, and they didn't. Anyone happen to know where she got it.
Angela, if you read this, could you tell me where you got the dress?

Sorry, I was going to be voting for Angela no matter what she wore, but I think she must have gotten that dress from Jewel? Sorry, I didn't care for it. I Love Jewel tooo, but her dresses have been wierd, sorry... maybe it is all the rage there is no doubt I am out of things...

I work with Angela's mom the conestants do not pick what they wear the stylists chose the outfits from what I have been told

The contestants always have the right to wear their own clothes. Chris Young made that choice most of last year.

Each contestant has the right to agree or disagree with the stylists, and to work with them in picking out their clothes.

Chris's mom, BHarris, has been on here several times before explaining that the contestants work WITH the stylists in choosing their clothes, and have the right to make the final decision, or, as WVG just mentioned, wear their own clothes.

I liked her dress, but not the red belt.

Oh goodness no, the red sash is what made the dress! That's what pulled it all together. Without the sash, or any other color, wouldn't have made the dress have the finishing touch. That and the boots. Those two were the key items in her ensemble! it was so perfect! Definetly loved it! Gave her a more classy youthful look which was perfect for that song.

Do you honestly believe that the stylist's would pick clothes like what the other female contestants wore. I don't think that midriff barely there t-shirts would be the thing that a stylist would pick for a country singer to wear. That is one of the things that set Angela apart from the other female performers is her style of clothes. That and her beautiful voice.

My daughter (22yrs old) called last night after the show (because she mised the last 1/2) to see who won.
She said she loved the dress. Personally, I liked most of Jewels clothes.


Buffalo Bill

A lot of people keep bringing up the fact that CY chose hsi own wardrobe LAST YEAR. I have heard of no one else who was able to do that on this show. Again the key words are LAST YEAR, do anyone out there know with certainty that the whether THIS YEAR'S contestants are required to have thier clothes picked by show staff or not.

She is a pretty lady with a huge talent - she was glowing all 'round and the two Hackers blended nicley. I am sure she will develope her own awesome style ... I love both of the Hackers just the way they are. I could care less what they wear.

I read in another post that one of the constestants wanted to wear some of their own personal clothes and they were told NO by the producers...
And when the wardrobe review came in and didn't agree with the contestants choice of clothes
someone that knew them posted the fact that they didn't like the clothes either but were forced by the producers to wear what the stylist's picked...

If the stylists are controlling then I hope they go to fashion school before next season. Some outfits were okay and many were alot less than okay. Her dress last night was pretty nice. The yellow one with the red sash reminded me of the "Swiss Miss" chocolate girl. However, outfits don't change the quality of the talent which is mega. Regardless of what she wears she will do well.
