Is it true that David raised the most money with his charity for the hometown concert? I wish I was off that day, because I would have been at that concert and gave $20, plus I would have loved to have met David and hear him sing.

Okay, as promised, the totals are in from the Hometwon Concert and David, his fans, and sponsors pitched in to the tune of OVER $4,000.00 for the Volunteers of America's Parker House! biggrin.gif This is one of DSR's favorite charities and he gives his money and time to them monthly - playing for the kids and giving a portion of his gig money. David is also a faithful giver to his church - Healing Place Church in B.R. - where he is a worship leader for the junior high age group Pathfinders. God has kept his promise to David also - blessing his life with a wonderful family, awesome career opportunites, and blessings beyond measure! That is why he is confident that God has a plan for him in all this.
We are so proud of David the man, as well as David the performer! GEAUX DSR! We love you!

My cousins go to Healing Place! That is a huge church. I hope all of the members are voting for David. Dino was the head pastor I believe when I attended a service. That is a very good church. My cousin lost her husband, and they helped her out so much. My little nephew went to vacation bible school there too this past summer. Did David by chance sing on stage at worship services? I've been to that church before and they had a really good band and singers. That is great news about what he raised for his charity. Thanks for keeping us informed!

Healing Place is a wonderful church that does awesome things for the community and beyond. Yes, he has a huge following from the church. Pastor Dino even wears his boots to service in honor of David while the show is on! And he always talks about DSR in service! He does sing at church although mostly he is with the Pathfinders. That is where his heart is - the young people! David and Elizabeth have wonderful friends and supporters from the church. They are very blessed! Please join us again!
