Tonight Meg, when I went to your MySpace...I listened to "Old Soul" and heard a richness in your voice.....actually I think it was for the first time.

THEN !!...when I heard the first 16 bars of "MISSING PIECE"...as I listened to you, I slowly started to envision Sarah Maclachlan at your side with her fingers on the piano sofly in mid harmony and standing behind you was Alison Krauss, with her unbelievable in the sky harmonies, her violin oozing through both bridges of that song....At the end of the song the first time I heard it today, I wept ....not just for what it brought to me, but because we didn't get to hear you sing it live. I think "Missing Piece" on original night...may have captured many people.

Your song moved me in way, that few can accomplish.....

Both Sarah and Alison have many joint successes...You are right up there with them Meg and I didn't realize it until tonight. I hope they hear what I do and I told them that.

I surely do wish now, that if Nashville Star brings anyone back for a performance....it's you. I know you planned on "Old Soul"....and I love it, but Meg..."Missing Piece" sets you apart, at least in my books...

I've really supported Angela and Zac and Joshua from the beginning, while I appreciated there was something unique in each of you...But tonight, you blew me away....

MISSING PIECE...has been playing in my household over and over. My 30 year old Son finally came to me tonight and said: "Mom, who is that"?....told him and showed him... He said: There's something about her, that song is compelling and has the call of "the Siren"....he was right...He predicts your stardom!...I hope he's right.

Hey George....Hope you're doing okay tonight...I missed your response on this thread. I've been going to Meg's MySpace...Love listening to her music on there...and not too many people are coming on her forum lately.....

I am really wishing that good things happen for Meg...She does have a soulful voice...and so unique..It was the song line up for her on Nashville Star...If N.S. just let them do their originals and let us see who they really are from the beginning...We'd have a better opportunity of "being introduced" to them for who they really are !....I don't know about you, but I can listen to Shania do her songs, or Faith or Martina do their own songs anytime...I think that is one thing that we are missing on Nashville Star...

Meg is such a beautiful woman physically...and an inner beauty...and that's rare...
