Whitney~

I'm not going to lie, this is a little embarassing and extremely strange to me. I have NEVER posted on someone's site before, or tried contacting someone I don't know in anyway before. I always thought it was corny, especially if it was some one nationally recognized. No offense personally to you. In fact, exactly the opposite since I broke though those thoughts to write you!

I just wanted to genuinely wish you the best of luck not just on the show, but in all you are doing. You seem to be a very down to earth, passionate person... not to mention incredibly talented! I am only 5 years older than you, but I have a genuine respect for your talent and your ability not to only perform, but to chase your dream. Sorry, I know this must seem weird, it does to me. For whatever reason, I just felt I had to share this all. Keep your passion alive and visible... I have learned that that is of the upmost importance! I coach a college softball team at a Christian university in Southern California and I am constantly aware of how important it is to share my passion for my faith and my sport. Stay true to who your are and what you believe... not matter what the options are that present themselves. Strange, but I feel like if you had just been a random person I had meet in college or at work, we could have had a great conversation and possibly been friends. All that from only what you have shown on Nashville Star. That is a testament to you as a person and your ability to show that as a performer. Best of luck Whitney!
