-when you get really sad that you have to delete all of season 3 from your dvr before you send it back to the cable company (i moved and they made me send it back even though once i'd moved i just got another from the same company!)

-when you ditched your roommate's graduation party to hide in your room and watch many many episodes on said dvr

-when your roommate can quote the show w/o having seen a single episode (yeah she's a loony bin workaholic who doesnt have time for tv, i know, what's wrong w/ her? haha)

-whenever you tell people that you're a psych (-ology) minor you start giggling uncontrollably

-when you have to write a review for your first college writing class you end up turning in 5 pages on "9 Lives" ... and get an A... and then get your professor addicted

-when you and your bff have an entire crate of pineapple shipped from hawaii... of course that may just be b/c we really really like pineapple, a perfect snack after a day of surfing... or a day of wiping out in my case, haha

.. when you try to watch something else except Psych and in every other show you see something that reminds you on psych and you must go watch Psych because from Psych you can run but you can't hide i tried to watch Csi:ny but there was cat named psycho then i tried to watch Mentalist and hole episode some guy was pretending that he is psychic and they were chasing some guy James so they mentioned name James 30 times than I turned off tv and watched Psych on my computer

Yeah I watch The Mentalist as well for the same reason. The guy that you're talking about his name is Patrick Jane and we don't know if he's a real "psychic" or not. He claims no, but at times leads you to believe that he is...just thought I'd clear that up. But that reminds me:
You know you're a "Psych" fan when you start watching shows that remind you of Psych or as I did on the poll that was posted in another thread, vote 40 times for Shawn and Gus so that they can call themselves "TV's Best Friends"!!!! lol!!!!!

You know you're a Psych fan when you almost lol right in the middle of a movie theater while watching Harry Potter 6 because during a very serious moment someone mentioned pineapple.

1. When you spend the whole 2 hours car trip to the beach with your best friend doing nothing but coming up with FRESH TO DEATH nicknames for each other.

2. When you start calling everyone 'Gooey Chocolate Chips' or 'Exactly one half of an 11 pound black forest ham'.

The funniest thing happened to me today! My mom does daycare at our house and she watches a two and half year old girl. She started pointing at something and we didn't know what it was so I picked her up and SHE POINTED TO THE PSYCH SEASON THREE DVD!!!! We asked her if she wanted to watch it and she said yes! I couldn't believe it and my mom said that she probably saw me with it so much over the last couple days(i've been on a Psych craze ever since I got the the third season on tuesday). Then, we were watching Any Given Friday Night and when the theme song came on I noticed that she was kind of mumbling along with it so I rewound to the beginning of the opening theme and she started going "I know, you know"!! I once again couldn't believe that a two and a half year old was singing the theme song!! My mom and I couldn't stop laughing

Aww, that is so cute! Oh, and my mom is officially hooked on Psych. Now for the rest of the family....*evil laughter*

LOL! I actually got my 3-hole punch out of storage and put it right out on my desk. It makes me smile.

Or whenever you see a picture of, or think of Grimace you start having a serious internal debate with yourself arguing whether or not (he? it?) is in fact black, and whether or not three hole punch is funnier than three hole puncher.

A friend took advantage of a BOGO and gave me a box of 'Honey Bunches of Oats' a week or so ago. After watching my DVD copy of 'Lassie Did a Bad, Bad Thing' yesterday my usual morning habit became a Psych moment.
I'm lactose intolerant, so I never eat cereal with milk. I"m sitting here munching straight from the box and you all are the only ones who appreciate my glee that I'm doing what Lassiter did at Henry's house, minus the drinking milk from the carton.

In "Lassie Did a Bad, Bad Thing", I could've sworn he had a box of Honey Bunches of Oats in one of his grocery bags O:

...you can take almost anything from real life and connect it to Psych.

...you start seeing pineapples in every Chinatown shop you visit in Chicago and almost buy them to add to your growing pineapple collection. (That happened to me yesterday when we did a day-trip to Chicago and went to Chinatown. They had pineapples absolutely everywhere! )

YKYAPFW you notice a pineapple on a poster inside of a game of Mario Cart and blurt it out. Then you get annoyed looks from your friends.
