When it's time to change the batteries in the smoke detectors, what you really want to do is get out your paper bowls and glue a red M&M to the bottom and put it up there instead, but you know that would be wrong.
When you're planning a vacation to Sea World, you make sure you pay the 200 dollars a person just so we get to ride a dolphin before Shawn does )

You are in English class and the whole class gets into a discussion of Michael Jackson (don't ask lol) and you say, "Yeah I was the one at his trial holding the sign that said 'Please free the man in the mirror'" EVERYONE in the class including my teacher stopped talking and looked at me while I was on the floor laughing. Embarrassing, but again, so worth it

Why do these things happen to me at school all the time? haha oh well!

You crack jokes at work, and when you get snapped at for clowning, you say to your supervisor "Oh Mary, don't be a half empty coffee cup thats slightly cold..."

- Your prime source of entertainment on an hour long car ride is stalking the parkway for Psychmobile look-a-likes.
- And you burst out laughing when you see one painted with flames (because it reminds you of when Shawn pimped Gus's car), which causes your parents to turn around and give you weird looks.
- You also burst out laughing when your friend suggests writing "Michael Jackson" on the This Book Belongs To page in your English book (ohhhh Gus)
- You find it fun to convince your gullible friends that you're psychic by figuring out things the Shawn Spencer way

In choir you are doing a song that has the word DiJourno in it (well it sounds like DiJourno, probably isn't though lol), and every time you sing it you burst out laughing and the choir teacher scolds you.
Only those of you that have Season One on DVD and have watched the Scary Sherry deleted scenes would get this joke lol
We also do choreography and I definitely mess up at this moment hahaha concert time will be interesting..

you know you're a psych fan when your english teacher tells you to draw pictures on the back of your ivanhoe test, so every one so far has been of a pineapple. OR when you get your soccer coach to sing shout and do the thriller dance at the same time

when you are told to write jokes on one of your health tests and under your jokes you write, "when grading my test, don't be a gooey chocolate chip cookie" and then write, "if you watch Psych, you'll understand that"

I do this all the time now, and most of the time, I don't even realize I'm doing it until someone looks at me weird, lol.

--when in AP US, your teacher asks your friend Caleb to talk with an Irish accent and he goes "I will not do accents as you please! I will not be your pawn of hilarity!" you think of Gus saying "I'm a queen!" and laugh.
--when in AP Lang, your awesome teacher is talking about something and she goes "Why don't we ever just stand up and say "Hell no! We won't go!" First of all, that's entirely inappropriate; they aren't telling us to go anywhere." you think of the Pilot where Shawn says "Gus, first of all, that name is entirely too long, it would never fit on the window."

Yeah, I have a photographic memory when it comes to sound, which isn't exactly a photographic memory, but still. Like I remember exact quotes.

when you're talking to your boyfriend and another friend and your boyfriend is being very stubborn so you say, "don't be a gooey chocolate chip cookie" and he just stares at you. this actually happened to me today and right after I said it I burst out laughing and they both gave me the weirdest faces. then i told then it was from Psych and they both rolled their eyes and starting yelling at me. it was very funny

-When you see Just One Of The Guys playing on TV and watch it... then proceed to laugh at Joyce Hyser's haircut when you think of Lassie.

-When you manage to use ten Psych quotes in one school day. And you know this because you kept count.

-When your mother is shocked because you display an uncanny knowledge of several 80's movies and songs... all of which you learned from Psych.

-When you watch cheesy Disney Channel movies just to see the Psych actors that happen to play in them.

i hate it that i dont get half the jokes on psych.
one day when im famous i am gonna sit down with james and we are gonna watch every single episode and pause it everytime an 80's joke comes on and hes gonna explain it to me.
