I agree with that. If you look for the pineapple you can find it. I am workin in grocery so finding pineapple stuff is easier.

whenever you talk about an episode you refer to it by it's real name and you have to explain the plot to the people you are talking to because no one else knows the episodes by name.

...you become addicted to the forums, because you can be surrounded with all things Psych.

We have a strange and wonderful relationship. I attribute that to our mutual love of fine wines and stinky cheeses.

When you bookmark USA's main Psych page so you can watch the promo for the Psych holiday episode again ...
and again ... and again ... and again ...
... and you click 'stop' every second for the whole 31 seconds that the clip lasts just so you can stare at the pretty pictures.

1. you see a banna and not only laugh histarically but reapeat The whole Bannana phrase

2. You see pinneaples and quote all things pinneaple from Psych and cannot cantain compusure

3. You go to a civil war reinactimant and start laughing

4. you now watch the spelling bee competition every year

5. you start wearing sun glasses that look identical to shawn's

6. you have annoyed your friend to no end trying to no end trying to get them to watch Psych

7. you spend hours upon hours on the Forum

8. when you look at the forums your name appears up as the last to post on almost all of them

When you know James and Maggie have been dating for 2 years, and stay up til 5 AM Googling them.
When your friends put their i pods on so they don't have to hear you talk about it
When your English teacher designs essay prompts centered around the show because then you actually will do well
When you can ace every quiz in the quiz section
When you can name an episode by hearing only the first word

agreed and well they just try and tune me out and say they don't care if i mention Psych

The sad thing is that I've done/do most of this stuff.

-You're afraid to let your best friend go into a bank alone because Cameron Frye might be holding it up.
-YOU'RE afraid of going into a bank because Cameron Frye might be holding it up.
-You rejoice in the fact that you know someone named Shawn.
-You've tried "close talking".
-You actually know what "close talking" is.
-You check the inspection tags on vans to see if they're expired.
-You try to read guilt off of the faces of TV interviewers, interviewees...basically, everyone.
-You started calling in anonymous tips to the police.
-You re-watch She's All That just to see Dulé.
-You've actually been to Dulé's high school and took a picture saying "Dulé Wuz Here". (That's actually true lmfao. I live right down the street from it. )
-You wish you had a clear eraser board with the blueprints to the Death Star on it. In permanent marker.
-You refer to Shawn's motorcycle as the "MotorPsych". (Another true one lol)
-You can't draw Captain Planet because he reminds you too much of Lassie. (My friend actually said that to me one day )
-You call Lassiter "Lassie" and Juliet "Jules".
-You and your best friend write your own story and include yourselves in it and call it "Psychward Bound: The Incredible Journey". (The saddest part is that this is true )
-You thought the book "Delicious Flavor: The Story of Pineapple" by Artemis Hoon was real and you Googled it, hoping to find a copy.
-Someone says "Have you ever seen a very attractive man solve a crime before?", you immediately reply, "Yes. Fridays at ten. On the USA Network."

i probably do 50% of all this..

you know your a psych fan when

1. you let your little boy cat ride in the front seat, while your friends and family are stuck in the back seat.
2. you decorate your office (home) to look just like the Psych office (you even put the sign on the window)
3. you decorate your bedroom to look like Shawns
4. you start buying your friends and family pineapples for gifts (even if you know they don't like them)
5. you get a friend who lives 3 hours away addicted to the show before they even see it. (true story)
6. you start thinking before you speak only so you could say it like Shawn would
7. you get sent to the principals office for quoting a full episode of psych (including theme song, locations and all) in the middle of a test
8. you fail a book report because all you did was watch a season of psych and wrote down bits from that
9. you tell your kids, cousins, nieces, nephews bedtime stories of how shawn and gus solved another crime
10. you break off a date just to sit home and watch psych
11. you ask the waiter (at applebees) to change the chanel to usa network because psych is on and you're out with your friends
12. even though you can't hear the episode you sit there and say it word for word
13. you start trying to go in areas of limits because shawn does
14. you start trainning your kids to be as observent as Shawn
15. you make cookies in the shapes of pineapples and psych logos before the new season.

You Know You're A Psych Fan When you know every shawn-ism for Gus.

My personal Favorites are Magichead, Nick Nack, Lavendar Gooms, Gus T.T. Showbiz (the extra stands for extra talent LOL!), and Bighead Burton

you go roller skating with your friend and leave early to watch the new episode of Psych only to find your parents not there so you start crying and not because they forgot you but because your missing Psych (true story)

when your friends don't even bother trying to contact you on fridays because they know friday is psych time.

when you throw a party to celebrate the return of psych (complete with pineapple smoothies)

when you decided seeing dark knight (opening day) could be put off because psych was more important (the real party reason)

when you sit through all of "luck of the irish" just so you can see lassie dance.

when you are irritated that people think you can watch the rerun of the episode and miss the 30 seconds of psych out

when your mother refers to friday nights as your shawn time.

Dulé appreciates it. Wait, no he doesn't. You should've seen how happy I was when I found out how close I was. I felt special for a whole ten minutes.

Moreeeeeeee....

-Whenever you hear "Jessie's Girl", you have to air guitar.
-You swear you saw Gus' little blue car following you to QuickChek (a convenience store) more than once. (This is SO true. The same car drove by like FIVE times lol.)
-You see someone running away from something scary and say, "They just pulled a Gus!"
-You frequently tell your friend something they said sounded like Shawn or Gus.
-You watch something and picture the characters as people from Psych.
-Instead of saying "Come on", you say "Shamon" like Gus.
-Someone says "Am I clear?", you say "Like butter."
-You refuse to play as a pawn in chess because you're a queen.
-You wonder what James thought of the last episode of WWE Raw, Smackdown!, or ECW. Or if he even still watches it now that Big Daddy V is gone.
-You're eating something that tastes bad but keep eating it anyway. (I actually did this BEFORE Psych. )
-You refer to your best friend's nose as the Super Smeller even though it's average.
-You wish your best friend was black.
-You get excited James Roday has the same eye color as you. (I've so NEVER done that. )

And my personal favorite:

-You can't look at Billy Zane the same way anymore.

...you spell it "Lassy" (even when you *think* it should be spelled "Lassie") because that's how Shawn spelled it in his note to Lassiter about the all weather tires
