the first two definately apply to me. I also have the theme song on my ipod, and i am totally shocked when someone doesn't know what it is.

you also know your a psych fan if you actually know who Dulé Hill is... and can point him out in another show or movie (he is in The Gaurdian).

My top 4 reasons you know you are a Psych fan! Why only 4? Because The Man thought five would be too much for a strong black sista to handle all by herself! (See Chris Rock and his Nat X skit for further details):

4. When you've even got your little 7 year old niece and 4 year old cousin lip-syncing to the Psych theme song (true and funny story)!

3. When the guy you are supposedly "seeing" /"dating"/ "talking" to looks a hell of a lot like James Roday (with the mannerisms of Jamie Kennedy as B-Rad in Malibu's Most Wanted thrown in)!

2. When you deliberately miss work Wednesday (although there was a blizzard here in Chicago) because you stayed up Tuesday night to catch the Nth repeat of Pysch!!!!

1. You find yourself hopelessly devoted to James Roday!!!

In the Training Day game, you get very sad when you get a poor ranking and Shawn or Gus are disapointed in you.

You try to divine the amount of hats in any given room. (beanies don't count)

You deck out your messengers/desktop/profile pages with Psych images.

You find yourself making Psych Icons.

When your with your friends you start doing the fist bump.

You find yourself working the word 'Jujumagumbo' into conversation.

When you spend too much time and effort reading/writing Psych fanfic.

When you're watching a movie with a bunch of people and then realise Psych is on, so you force them to pause the movie.

When you convert all of the aforementioned people to Psych fans because you forced them to watch it with you.

Yeah I am a "housekeeper/cook/secretary" for my parents... so I leave psych on dvr all day (it repeats itself) cuz I'd rather watch the same episode like 20 times than real tv.

No, I did it all through high school with my track coach. He and I use to fist bump every single time I walked into the cage to throw my discus. It was our ritual if you will.

Yep i did it too, i did the knuckle to knuckle/fist bump, and the one where you hold the fist under your friends and they bump it whith the bottom of there fist and then vice versa

When you're doing something you suddenly stop and think to yourself, "hmmmm, I wonder what Shawn/Gus would think of this?"

The background on your cell phone is a stack of pineapples you just HAD to take a picture of at Stop and Shop.

• When instead of the second time, it's the seventh (or eighth, or ninth) time an episode loses its initial excitement.
  
• You attempt to make a Pineapple Upside-Down cake inside an Easy-Bake oven.
  
• On the street you attempt to notice things like Shawn would and suddenly become paranoid that a murder is in the making.
  
• When among a field in hopes of digging up about a dozen spots, (Dinasour episode) Gus suddenly mentioned this reminded him of a movie but he didn't know what. You're a Fan if you yelled at the TV, "Holes!" And then laughed for three minutes straight because you know Dulé Hill played a minor role in the movie.
  
• Being a huge Dulé fan, you're now conflicted because you're in love with both Shawn and Gus' characters equally (albeit in different ways.)
  
• Whenever a conundrum of your everyday-life is solved... knuckle touch! (Ahem. Fist Bump.)
