Ummm... and what does that have to do with the title of the thread? blink.gif

Congrats to "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes. One of my Top-10 wrestlers, good for him. Hopefully Donald Trump picks Dusty for his representative, so the 'ole boy can kick Umaga's ass for Samoan Spiking him.

Trump could pick someone called... 'The American Dream'! wink.gif

Whatever you axl fan. Just kidding. I was thinking that Donald would pick some huge superstar from the past.

I think that was probably the whole setup for the WWE-HOF interruption.

My first choice would probably be...

Dusty w/ Roddy Piper & Trump vs. Umaga w/ Estrada & Vince

I was thinking maybe Trump might choose someone like Austin or Hogan (so they get their WM spotlight, McMahon is always trying to work them in), but I see that as a slim & none chance. It certaintly won't be The Rock, like some were predicted. That guy won't be back for several years. The only thing that got him back was Rock vs. Hogan, and it don't get bigger than that. The only other match would be Rock vs. Austin, and seeing how they faced each other a billion times in their career, that wouldn't be 'that huge'.

SCSA vs. The Rock would sell thousands of ppv's in its own right.
Axl
Yeah but that's an old feud. I'm sure it would sell, but The Rock most likely would have no interest.

The Rock/Austin feud back in the day was one of the greatest ever. That's when Rock was a bad guy. Like when Austin took his monster truck to Rock's limo, or when Rock had Austin thrown over that bridge, or when they had the buried alive match.

'Da Good 'ole days I call 'em!

They really were the good ole days.
