If Undertaker wins at WM and goes on reign, after Rey returns, and is ready, i'd like a story angle, that eventually puts Undertaker vs. Rey, Hell In A Cell, World Heavyweight Title on the line.

Rey will be appearing Friday on SmackDown, but like Roddy Piper's appearence on RAW a couple Monday's ago, it will simply be to let us know his health situation & progress.

Rey still will be out for another few months.

I wish he was back now.

I do too. SD took a HUGE hit by Rey's injury/surgery/departure.

That show's interest level dropped about 50%.

If I remember correctly, RAW & ECW are live. SD is taped on Tuesdays, and airs on Fridays.

I'm not sure on ECW, they claim it's live, and I think it ran 6 minutes long last night. As for the other two, RAW is definitely live and SD is definitely taped. That is fact.

ECW must be live because they tape it after smackdown.

So do the fans get a double-show? lol...

As for SD, i've always assumed it's taped because of time constraints with network TV and running adverts. Plus, it gives the editors a chance to edit anything offensive, such as maybe too much skin in a Diva segment, some guy in the crowd flippin' the bird, or maybe a GD or SOB here and there.

When they do Saturday Night's Main Event, it's also taped.

Smackdown has been taped on Tuesdays for seven years.

ECW is usually taped before Smackdown is. However, when ECW goes live, which is about once a month these days, it goes on after Smackdown is taped...


Back to the topic at hand... Rey coming back is coinciding with WWE trying to bring in the hottest Mexican wrestling talent in years... Mistico...

Mistico is like Rey Mysterio Jr, circa 1995. Only faster. And with more moves.
