That song HIT HOME FOR ME!!! I am adopted and never knew my biological parents which really isn't a huge issue with me because the family I was adopted by is awesome and by no means do I wish to replace them with people I never met. The point is that you brought out an emotion for many people with that song. That was a tear jerker for me. I have Nashville Star on DVR and I have watched your performance over and over and each time I get goosebumps. You kicked royal a$$ and may have just changed this competition. GREAT GREAT GREAT I LOVED IT!

I just downloaded the full-length version of it from iTunes. It is absolutely amazing! I haven't been able to get it out of my head...such powerful lyrics and such a great voice!

Last march, my son was born, and my ex put him up for adoption. We picked out the family he is with, and they are great. we had to place him due to certain isusses. But the family that does have him really love him and give him the world. it is an open adoption so i get pictures, and dvd's, its so great, plus they want him to know who his birth parents are too. so i will get to be in his life. your song is so powerful and emotional, and i just loved it. when you get that stamed on a cd please let me know, i am a radio dj and programer and would love to put that on the air. i live in chiago and know some people at WUSN US99.5 maybe i can get lisa kosty to play it too. thanks again, for making such a beautiful song. keep up the great work, and i am rooting for you to win too.. your my favorite.
