I am a huge fan but it chaps my hide everytime I see that alienware computer! please reconsider them as product placement.

My decision to buy one of their laptops has been one of the worst moves I have ever made!! And I am not alone.

please google "alienware sucks" for horror stories. I wont bore you with my details but it's been three years of grief.
