Meg, I think your voice is GREAT.
I love your songs (at least the ones I've heard clips of).
I also think your are an extremely talented writer.
Now off the kudos. There currently isn't a mainstream for folkies, but girl you can rekindle that.
I've stated many times this season that you really remind me of Iris DeMent. To clarify, I love her voice and songs too. You keep to your values and your strengths and you will go far. No matter what happens with this show.
I know that you are under contractual obligations to the show. I just hope that once you are released from those, hopefully before the show tour, you can make some appearences.
I live in Wisconsin so I doubt you'll be anywhere near me, but maybe you can Get Tony Lawson and Red Hickey to let you play on 'The Blue Plate Special' over at wdvx in Knoxsville. maybe with any luck do a segment on 'Prarie Home Home Companion'.
