Great performance Kacey, just detected a little "lead off performer" nervousness....... Everyone guages the opening act for what is to come later, so I can appreciate the nervous tendency. Although preacher am I, I enjoy country music very much because it is true to life experience set to music. What Randy said about the acoustic thing is great advice, but let the situation dictate, if you sound great unplugged, you can't help but be great anywhere. Great performers and lasting performers always remember where they started, and who they are, giving respect to themselves and their art; relax a little and be yourself(most people in the audience are there to see you, not the other way around). Each time you perform, play to an audience of ONE, (I prefer God) knowing that if it is pleasing to that one (could be mom, dad, boyfriend, spouse, child too), most likely a few others of us will like it too! God Bless Girl!
