R.J., I am a non-country fan from the Metro-Detroit area. While I do enjoy the performances from somebody like Shania Twain, and certain songs from Leann Rines, Trisha Yearwood, Dolly Parton, country music for the most part isn't my "Cup of Tea", but while doing a little channel surfing the night of the season premier of N-star, I happened to catch your performance in progress and was blown away. While it had an obvious country sound to it, I thought it had a nice blend of pop/rock flair to it which give it a nice mass appeal. I hope as you continue to pursue your career that you will continue to use this style for a majority of your music, it not only will have mass appeal, but it does fit your look as well.
I wish you the best of luck on the show (I may even scan the program to try and catch your performance), but even if you don't win, I feel that this won't be the last time I hear your name, and that I will have a chance to be able to buy your album within the next few years.
