mutliple threads here have people suggesting Kyle won't go to jail because Jordan is still alive. Keep in mind, he also killed two federal agents in order to gain access to the rooftop, and I for one didn't see those two federal agents wandering around the beach with Jordan, so they're still dead. While Kyle might not be charged with Jordan's death, he should still be charged for the murders of those two agents.

Who said that they were dead... when he said he "took out" two agents... he could have meant knocking them un-concious. AND KYLE didn't do it... Collier (I am sure) will back him up on this one

But with public opinion probably running on the side of the 4400 after the whole "government bigwigs poisoned the 4400" scandal, and Collier alive, I bet a good lawyer could make the case that Kyle really wasn't in his right mind - and that either that was caused by 4400-ness or even by the government poisoning him with the promycin inhibitor (which you and I know isn't true, but works well with what's in the news in that world.)
Insanity defenses do exist, and Kyle would just have to prove that he's not still a danger, or could be sent to a hospital or NTAC quarantine until he's adjuged not to be.

well, i suppose they could use the "took out" comment as a loophole later, but generally "took out" implies "killed". if he had simply knocked them out i don't think they would keep mentioning it, but i'll give you fact that they never (to my knowledge) said they were dead, just "took out"

i suppose i should have just said that "in the real world he should go to jail", but in the reality of tv fiction they probably will just end up overlooking those facts when Jordan shows up alive and well.

The guy that got framed for Colliers murder took out 2 agents in front of Tom. Maybe this is what they are refering to.

after looking through the case, he may get away from being in jail for a long time. in his past medical history, he has been exposed to the future-people, and he also was in a coma. if the case was sawed through carefully, kyle was not in his own mental stage, and his mind was taken in control by another force that was not him. even though his body committed the crime, he may just get away with certain measures.

Well, (insert cynical here) they will probably explain it as well as they explained Lily's first daughters Spleen Explosion.

Did you not see what I wrote at the top? The show has said that Jordan's killer "took out" to federal agents in order to gain access to the roof. Assuming "took out" means "killed" (which most of time it does) then Kyle would be charged with their death's too, not just Jordan's.
And btw, can someone go back and verify weither those agents were actually killed or just knocked out? I'll see if I can find out.

Sorry I missed that my fault, if they are dead then yes he would be found guilty for that. But again I think Jorden will have his hands in it before to long.
