The way he talks and handles the camera. I think he would do a great job. Give him a couple of wrestlers that look like they need focus (benjamin, cough! Masters) and shape them up. I believe he would do better in a capacity like that than Shane Douglas has in TNA.
WWE needs to use some of the retired stars in some capacity to bring back some of the older fans. I'm not saying they have to wrestle like Flair does, but they have Dusty, Arn, Michael Hayes and others backstage that could still help someway on TV. Instead we get Hogan, Mae Young, Fabulous Moolah, and Hacksaw Duggan.

i agree. they should bring some of the older wrestlers back. i think wwe should team benjamin and hass back together and have someone older be their manager. not necessairly have the older guys wrestle but have them be managers.

NO disrespect to Rick Flair but get him out of the ring! Make him and Arn Anderson managers of a new 4 Horseman Team! that would be so much better than watching the spirit squad or King Bookers court

Unfortunately, I don;t think WWE is going to look in that direction. It makes too much sense. The reason Flair is still wrestling is because he has alimony to pay and a new wife. He had to borrow from his retirement to buy her a $92,000 engagement ring. Wish I could have problems like him.

its nasty seeing flair in the ring. i'm sorry but i don't want to see sixty year olds in the ring.

I'm afraid he'll be wrestling until he suffers an injury that will keep him out.
