How many people think that fifth page has something to do with mommy's bosses betraying the 4400!

I agree... If we agree with the notion that the "pox" is due to some sort of innoculation that NTAC performed when the 4400 first returned (notice the mark on the arms where the pox occurred) then I se no other definition for the title of this particular episode.
