i was just watching tv guide channel and it was a 2006 fall preview of everything
and i just caught where they said that ci and svu might be too much law and order...i hope ci isnt going to take away the ratings of svu

I don't think it will. Svu has it's own stable fan base. People aren't going to stop watching because ci is on before it.
I think the reason they put ci with svu is to hopefully draw svu's loyal crowd to ci and bring back the ratings to that show.

Yah, since svu has the strongest ratings out of all three shows, they probably just wanted to boost the rating for ci

CI is only going to be airing with SVU for one day, then it's moving to its normal night of Fridays.

I thought the same thing.. I think it would be kinda cool to have them both on the same night.. I watch them both anyways.

The way I read it in the trades was that CI will air on Tuesday back-to-back with SVU to entice people to tune in for its regular Friday night slot.
This is the Hollywood Reporter's network schedule as provided earlier this summer.

It is perminatly on Tusedays nights right before svu. i won't watch it cause i watch the unit at 9 darn it i wish unit was on wesday at 9
