I've watched this episode many many times and I don't think it is as great as you all seem to think it is. The ending is not powerful at all...sad yes but powerful no. You want powerful take a look at the episode about the deaf women with the sucide website. Now that ending with Richard Belzer...that was powerful! That has to be one of my most favorite episodes to date!

Whats the big deal with Charisma?

I thought that it was an awesome episode actually. I liked how all of us could relate with what those children had to go thru, I dont mean the crime, but the figures in our lives are so very important that we could see eye to eye to the victim. It's one of my favoriate episode of SVU. I guess I dont understand exaclty why you dont like it. But hey thats my oppinion, everyone's entitled to there own.

I thought the episode was okay. I mean i didnt hate it but i wouldnt call it my favorite. I thought it was sad about all those kids being shot and how Stabler and fin left for a while. I thought it was pretty good.

i like charisma but do have to agree that the episode with the deaf women and munch had a much better ending although it was very sad

isnt that the episode that mariska hargitay got nominated for her emmy this year for? and then didnt she win the emmy with 'intoxicated' last year? i was just wondering... i heard that somewhere and i was wondering if it was true... but anyway charisma was pretty good but i was missing elliot the whole episode but i still thought it was awesome.

The ending of "Painless" (the episode with Amy Solwey and Munch) was indeed powerful, but what makes Charisma so poignant for me was the absolute heartbreak written on every one of their faces as they went into Abraham's cult-house, and saw the children...it tears my heart to pieces every time.

I have a tendency to empathize, so through the whole episode my adrenaline was pumping hard and fast as if I'd just run a marathon...I was ready for Abraham to go DOWN!!!!!

yea i didn't like charisma that much either. that guy in the kult wuz weird. i would nevr follow him! wat a freak! that wuz really sad when all those kids got shot tho & all the det. stood there and had 2 look @ it. SAD!!

I like "Painless" and "Parts" better. But i think they did a great job with "Charisma" as well.

i am clearly the only, or one of the only person(s) who thought this, but i thought charisma was a REALLY good episode. true, it wasn't as powerful as the suicide website episode, but it was a really good episode. it wuz well thought out, and organized. the ending wuzn't completly bad, at least abraham paid for his betrayal, but it wuzn't as powerful as most of the SVU endings r. but all u guys seem to be talking about is that it wuzn't as good of an ending as the suicide one. but we have to look at it at a different perspective. the show, "charisma" wuz overall a powerful episode, and we seem to forget that. now come on. we have seen plenty of movies where the whole movie wuz great, u commented on everything, from the action, to the drama. and then there wuz the ending. it wuzn't bad, becuz it could of been worse, but u didn't like it. but that doesn't change the fact that u go to school on monday, or work, and tell everybody how tight it wuz, or how cool the special effects were. all in all, the ending doesn't make a movie, the movie makes the ending!

CHarisma.... WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!! Mariska did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! i looooved it!!!! twas on of the highlights of season 6, besides, Ghost, Intoxicated, and Rage

"Ghost" "Rage" and "intoxiacted" are like the best ever!

But my absolute( I love that song! Sorry I'm random) favorites are... "Coerced"(sp?) and "Loss" and deff. all of the above!

I thought Charisma was a great episode, it's my favorite. Mariska did an AWESOME job in this episode!!!!! I have seriously watched this episode like 500 times!!!
