The thing I find most amusing about 4400 fashion is the obligatory dress code: bright, button-down shirt (for men, nearly always light blue or salmon; for Diana often bright pink) underneath a dark (nearly always black) jacket. The 4400 center had a uniform, yes, but for two years, Tom also wore the "light blue shirt under a black jacket" combo as well, as did Diana, random persons on the street, etc.
