Yeah, I used two of those big manialla envelopes. I put the one that he'll send the autographed picture in another one. It's a tight fit, but it works out perfectly.

All in all, is sending something worth it? That would be awesome to get anything

Since I already have a collection of 8x10's of everybody in the cast, I'm SO sending them in to get signed. How awesome it is of them to do that. Most celebrities get so high and mighty that they refuse to sign or worse.. charge for them. LOL. I'm very proud of them for being such great stars. They will forever remain my favorite cast on any show.

I'll post here when I send out my photos and respond again when I get them back so we'll know how long it approximately takes each actor to respond. (Helpful info since everyone who posts here is most concerned in knowing what the approximate wait time is.)

In Januaray I finally decided to write a fan letter and ask for an autograph. I typed up the letter. It was pretty generic, just asking for an autograph and telling him how much I like his work. Then I got scared and I couldn't bring myself to mail it. So I deleated the document and forgot about it.
Until one day I was talking to my friend Meagan, and we decided we would write a fan letter together. Hopefully that way we would be brave enough to send it.

We did the craziest fan letter. We both wanted it to be "unique" and we wanted a certain creative style to it. Well what we ended up doing was typing up a whole bunch of 'mini leters' of different styles. The first was one in chat speak. It looked like this. "we luv psyk. u rock. bye! -psykgurl & gurlyfan"

And then we got more creative as the day went on....

We wrote one in some sort of pathetic Spanglish (spanish/english)

We even wrote in the style of a stalker. "We already have your bubble gum wrapper and your pillow case, but we would love to add your autographed picture to our collection so we can put it in our shrine."

And then a snooty, posh style. "Your antics are highly amusing to me."

At the end, we wrapped the whole thing up by telling him our real names and what we thought. We asked for 3 autographs. One for me, one for Meagan, and the last was going to be a surprise for our friend Diana who moved to Arizona.

I was nervous when we sent the letter. The letter was supposed to be "creative" but after re-reading it, I felt it was more stupid.

Anyway a few weeks later we got the pictures.

To Meagan- Good writing...fan letter wise.

To Diana- You have cool friends.

To Emily- How could I possibly say no?

How long did it take to get something back?

oh yeah it wont be here for maybe another month...just try and forget it...trust me it comes twice as fast if you do

I wanna write something but I don't want to come off as some stalker or giddy school girl. I genuinely just like the show and like having it at the end of the week with some popcorn.

I need Steve Frank's address or some kind of way to contact the writers because I wrote a whole season of Psych in my spare time and my friends think it's actually pretty good and could get on the show :X
