Question: Since Isabelle is now a Mortal/Human If she get her hands onto promicin will she regain or powers or does the 50/50 chance of her dieing also apply to her aswell? But Yet it is Her Promicin from her own body...but yet she is mortal as you and I are..??

That's the biggest debate now. I'm not sure where to go with that but I'd love to hear what others think!

i dont kno man i feel that she should apply to being a Human there for having the 50/50 chance but since it came from her body her promicin then the genetics and chemical balance should fall into place restoring her to herself

Well, I don't think that's how it works. Let's try to apply some science to this. Neurotransmitters, which include dopamine, serotonin, and our good friend promicin, are not genetically based; they are not cells, they don't have DNA. They are chemicals, quite simply.
So, what does it mean for someone to "reject the promicin?" I think this would mean that the body fights against the promicin and somehow attacks it, or the promicin attacks the brain somehow. Needless to say, it has to do with the body going from one state, no promicin, to another state, having promicin and having brain cells which interpret it as "data." There is no biological tag on a person's promicin, I don't think, because it is just a chemical. It doesn't contain their own DNA.
On the other hand, if we look at Isabelle's own biological makeup, she must be inherently "not rejecting" the promicin, because she didn't reject it before when she was given it. This also begs an entirely different question: did TPFTM take 8800? I doubt it. There must be something wrong with the dosage or makeup of the promicin. Maybe if it is altered (perhaps by Berkoff) it is safer.
Anyway, I'm ranting. I think the 50/50 question isn't a very interesting one, because even if it is 50/50 it can still mean she could get her powers back. The real question is whether or not the promicin will work on her at all. I dunno, I'm sleepy. I should stop ranting and making long posts.
To sum up: promicin has no DNA, theoretically one person's promicin should be the same as another's, and TPFTM either took 8800 or improved on the promicin design at some point.
