Ok so maybe they didn't kill her off, but she's the coolest thing about the series. To be honest I'm not even looking forward to next season much without Isabelle and her powers.

Isabelle is just too cool of a character to not have involved in the storyline. I realize they may give her powers again and I hope they do. At the same time it's kind of lame to just get rid of them at the end of the season and leave us like that.

This is like the first series I've ever watched and really gotten in to on TV. I'm not a big sci-fi fan, but this is a show I found myself really able to get in to. Great twists and storyline, but we just need Isabelle!

I'm a big fan of Izzy also. I loved it when she told Tom to "finish it". The girl is bad (in a good way) to the bone, and is intent on finishing her "mission". I think it's more interesting the way the writers leave it open to viewers to decide which side is good or bad.
My theory is by not killing her like the future people requested, Tom may have forced them to grab Alana in an attempt to still combat Izzy. Anyway, I can't wait to see what Izzy will do next season (my guess is the writers give her powers again either through her getting a hold of promicin or being able to generate it again after she's well).
