Wouldn't the eventual result be extrememly predictable? I mean, the whole become a 4400 is based on teaching your body to produce promicin. What else can seriously happen?

Well, I figured the syringe would strip Isabelle of her powers-maybe it altered her on a genetic level so she can never produce it again. Or maybe if she takes it again she will get her powers back. I'm thinking next year we'll see Richard wanting to take her back and Jordan being extremely leery. She'll say she wants to reform, but how sincere will that be? Maybe if she gets her powers back she'll change her mind. I see great fun ahead-is Isabelle reforming or is she trying to get everybody off their guard so she can get her powers back?

I can see a few scenarios.
1. shawn wakes from the coma and attempts to heal Issy and she regains her promicin producing ability.
2. she gets ahold of her street promicin and it restores her.
3. Someone from from the future injects her with a serum.

I think that's too easy. It will be more fun if she pretends to reform-Oh, Daddy, I got shot and I have no powers. Oh, dear me, whatever shall I do if you don't take me back? And then Richard will fold up like a empty feedsack and take her back and her and Jordan will be like a couple of scorpions in a bottle. He won't buy the reform act, she'll be working on it real hard so she can get her powers back-or maybe she'll decide she should reform. If the producers keep us in the dark about whether or not Isabelle is really trying to reform they can have all kinds of fun screwing with our heads. They should really get rid of her blog-give somebody else on the show a blog instead. With Isabelle it was too obvious when she started going bad and how bad she had gotten. Took all the mystery out of her character.

If Izzy did get her hands on promicin again would it give her back the invicibilty she had or would it just give her an ability, meaning just one like everyone else?

I don't know. I think it the promicin will give her all the abilities back. it's her promicin.

Maybe what they gave Isabelle was just a stronger version of the promicin inhibitor (remember it was from the future so they had to develop a way to counteract the promicin given to all the faux 4400). Remember when she was a baby and they extracted promicin from her to give the 4400 their powers back, it only stands that if she gets her hands on the promicin she will regain all her power.

I guess you are right Rockingmule, but remember the war hasn't started yet and I doubt the writers will wait too long into the 4th season to give Issy her powers, so the new season will start with a bang, and we seem to be forgetting that there is Shawn in a coma next door to Issy, and perhaps only the person who put him in that coma can bring him out.
I would venture that a powerless Issy is a temporary status.
I still think Shawn and Issy will end up fighting on the same side during the rebellion.

I agree, very logical.
The real question is what will be her state of mind then. - revenge or compromise.
ENTAC will be hunting Jordan and they will have their hands filled with criminal and anarchist promicin enhanced people, NOVA and other 4400s loyal to Jordan. -It's gonna be a bumpy ride.

I believe that isabelle and Shawn are going to fight on the same side and would be the good side. Maybe isabelle will find out what normal people are like and find out now she has a choice like she wanted. She is now 'human' now. I think Coller is going to mess up for he is like into being famous and is hard headed and i can see him going down the wrong path and thinking he is doing right, with so many people on his side. o_O the 4400 is going to do the most unperditable thing most likely. So think of sometihng that most likely won't happen and it might ^^

Yes I do believe Shawn and Issy will be on the same side as his cigar smoking premonition showed him, but before that I think the writers will have to work out how to wake Shawn, because Issy had turned his power on him, so the only way to help Shawn would be a healer like him (haven't seen any on the show) or Issy with her powers, to undo the coma.

Since Izzy isn't a 4400, I wonder if the writers will throw in a twist, is it possible the substance in the needle only temporarily takes her powers away? Diana stated there was no trace of promicin in Izzy's blood, but since she's not all human they may be overlooking her body's ability to produce more (sort of like antibodies) as she regains her strength. I can see her being cunning and not telling anyone she has her powers back. That way she can fool her father as someone on here suggested. Richard will feel guilty about trying to kill her. The writers didn't give us the Izzy/Jordan showdown, but maybe that's coming next season. I hope Richard's powers are more on display next season also. I also wonder what powers April will get and if she'll cause a scene at Diana's wedding.

I'm thinking that Issy will get some of her own promicin, which will completely restore her. Then, I think she will be the one to bring Shawn out of his coma, but not right away. I think a lot will happen before she ever gets to that point, and when Shawn is awakened and sees all that Collier has done while he was under, that is what will sway him back to Issy's side.

I think Jordan is going to head for the healer Kevin was talking about at the end. He'll get that lady and have her fix Shawn and when Shawn hears about what Isabelle has done, he'll turn against Richard. Richard will always love Isabelle and he'll probably still want to be on her side. I believe when Shawn said Isabelle showed him the truth, he meant whatever she did to him to put him in a coma. The truth does not necessarily mean something good or something that leads to long life and happiness. It could be that the truth Isabelle showed Shawn is the truth that the world has changed and he has to choose a side. I don't think Shawn will ever choose Isabelle's side-I don't believe he will ever want to be in the same room with her again.
