Full Version: why did Issy come to Ryland?
why did Issy come to Ryland? with the MRI the doctor said,they would get more in the next week than one year before.what will Ryland do???
Maybe this relates to how Issy is supposed to kill the 4400. Perhaps Ryland will try to develop something to help her kill them based on her abilities (?).
I think it's maybe an adolescent thing. A lot of times kids will rebel by doing the thing that they know their folks will hate the most. Isabelle knows that Richard, Shawn and the rest hate Dennis, so by going to him to she's thumbing her nose at them all.
I don't know, but I really hope we find out soon, because they've been hinting for SIX EPISODES now that Isabelle might (or might not! or might! or MIGHT NOT!!1!1!) be pure evil, and, uh, this isn't Lost and I don't want to wait 3 years to find out what's going on.
I got tired of watching Lost because it took soo long. Besides at least on Gilligan's Island they had huts, I couldn't believe all those people would still be living on the beach or in caves.
Maybe your right, it's just a rebellion thing and once she decides she doesn't like what Ryland is doing or how he is doing it, we won't have to worry about what Ryland is doing anymore.

Maybe not Ryland, but as Tom and Diane were saying in this week's ep, Ryland has a lot of backers. And as Daddy pointed out to Killabelle last week, killing government people (or someone who has friends in high places) is a fast way for her to end up in a nasty spot. They may not be able to kill her, but she's not nearly powerful enough to take on the entire U.S. government and stay free.

Yeah I was wondering what kind of info they were getting from her. They said soemthing about some break throughs that they never had before. Hmmm.... Whatever it was they got it from Isabel's mind.Interesting. Maybe her mind can upload info into computers or somehting. Hmmmm...

That's what I was thinking too. It's like she's trying too hard to assert her independence and grownupness by having sex and then continuing even though Richard doesn't want her to, and now going to Ryland.

Ooooh okay. I see. So it's a tactical manuver she may be pulling then, giving them a taste of how much she can help them and what she can do for them and how much they can learn from her so they will be less inclined to want to kill her or anything. She IS learning fast.
Yes, she is learning fast. We must not underestimate Isabelle because of her said immaturity.

I totally agree!! As a matter of fact, earlier today I was talking to a friend and we're both wondering wth is taking so long? And it's not only the Isabelle storyline that's sloooowwwwwww!
Ps: I still don't know what they were running from on "Lost", I guess didn't stick around long enough to find out. Or is it still a big "mystery"???? (I think I spelled that wrong).
I think its one of those one hand washes the other type deals. Izzy is suppose to destroy the 4400 and Ryland wants to destroy the 4400, especially the NOVA group. So, Izzy gives Ryland some technology and other info to help his cause and in return he'll be helping her out. Or, she could be doing this so that it looks like Ryland is killing off the 4400 and no one suspects her. Or i could be reading in to the story too much. P.S. Tom should have killed Izzy when he had the chance, I would have.
I bet she's sleeping with Ryland.
I think she's hedging her bets as to who she should partner with. Or maybe she's "working" with Ryland to find out what Ryland is up to. So she can maneuver against it if necessary?
