Dennis said something about Gary and attempted murder, then mentioned how "if the doctors had gotten to me any later, I'd have been dead".

BUT GARY WASN'T INVOLVED IN THAT!!!

It was the FEMALE telepath who caused it! And they knew that because Tom chased her!

All Gary's ever been shown to do is READ minds, not take over people's minds and cause them to commit acts of any kind.

What was Dennis even talking about?

Is this a case of poor attention being paid to continuity?

Gary injected Reyland with some type of poison that caused his body to go into convulsions while he was in the hospital recuperating from the attack by T.J. Kim. Episode 1 of Season 3 leading up to October 19th. You should watch this episode again.

Briefly: in about three episodes back, Gary returned from working for the NSA to help ENTAC track down the NOVA group, but what he didn't tell them was he was working for the NOVA group, and was there to sabotage their investigation. during the hunt they realized that he had warned a NOVA member of thier plans to arrest him, but when they tried to find him he had sneaked into the hospital where Ryland was recovering from being stabbed while on trial (stabbed by his own attorney), Gary was in the process of injecting drugs into ryland's IV to kill him. Gary was then caught and badly tortured, but with NOVA help escaped while being transferred to be further tortured.-The end.

Hope this helps.

You're rude.

There's a difference between inattention and not remembering something.
