The question i am not seeing here is a revelation I had earlier tonight. We, at least I, have just accepted that the PFTF who altered the 4400 created Isabelle from Lily and Richard adn implanted her in Lily.
Fact: Lily was not pregnant when she was taken.
Fact: Lily was at NTAC for at least 6 weeks.
Fact: NTAC gave her through medical evaluations/exams/tests.
Speculation: They knew she was pregnant, or the developing embryo was implanted after she left. I think NTAC knew. I think someone there is batting for the other team and had Isabelle created.

Except how did she get such great powers? Surely NTAC was not capable of creating an embryo with those powers in the genetic fabric. I believe that Isabelle was implanted inside of Lilly by the evil PFTF.

YES! That is what I am saying. They have someone at NTAC. He was responsible for the inhibitor that killed off some of the 4400... He shot Kyle Baldwin which I believe allowd the evil PFTF to move in on poor Kyle... Gary Navarro tried to kill him, as did TJ KIng... But it might not be just Ryland. It could be the whole group the Nova Group was targeting.
oohh... I think I just dicounted the Nova Group as evil with that theory.

I have a theory that NTAC IS the people of the future. IE-the pftf are what becomes of NTAC. Just a wild thought.

Kyle wasn't shot. He did shoot Jordan and turned himself in. He's off the show for good I guess. But, he wasn't killed. As for Lilly being pregnant and NTAC knowing of it, no way. There was no technology to allow Isabelle to become an adult while her mother died in weeks.

Kyle was shot. At Highland Beach while the PFTF were communicating with him through Tom. Ryland shot Kyle at Highland Beach. Did you not watch season 1?

She means in the first season finale. He was shot by an NTAC agent at Highland Beach while something was happening to him.

This is a far stretch but we compared Jordan to Jesus. But what about Izzy. Yeah we dont know yet if she is good or evil but lets pretend shes good. Jesus was conceived through the holy spirit and his mother may never had sex. Well Izzy was conceived sort of the same way except in this case Lily is Mary and Richard would be the holy spirit. They are both the parents but never had sex so how did Izzy come. The only problem is that I dont think Richard is that big of a person to be compared to the holy spirit. Oh what if Izzy and Jordan are opposites. Jordan could be Jesus and Izzy would be the anti-Jesus. Both having traits of Jesus...one person conceived out of think air...one person coming back from the dead. Let me know what you think

But still, who created Isabelle??? Was it the good guys, the bad guys or was she just an oops that happened while Richard and Lily got friendly in the ball of light?. If she was an oops then that would lead one to speculate that any 4400 breeding would create more 4400's. HEY... Maybe that is why Matthew wants her to do Shawn all the time. I wonder if she read any books on birth control!

I think Isabelle was concieved by a faction of the PFTF. She herself says that she is NOT a 4400. Whether she was concieved in the ball of light or in quarantine is another story. That could go either way----if it was in quarantine then someone in NTAC like Ryland may have believed that he was helping to create a "control" for the powers of the 4400 with advanced technology. They already isolated a chemical in the abductees blood. How did they MISS HCG--the pregnancy hormone in Lily!?!?! My vote is in quarantine with PFTF faction's help.

If she is evil then the bad guys found out what was going on and before they could be sent back they snuck in there and impregnated her in order to form a HUGE break in the 4400.
