Please advise: Has the Dead Zone EVER even been nominated for an Emmy award?

Thanks in advance.
Theresa_Rose
Hi Lozzie, we miss you! No, it has never been nominated for an Emmy. As far as I know, only for sci fi awards such as SFX.

Lozzy! I'm so glad you found this board! I've been meaning to email you and give you a heads up. I apologize for not following through!

I'm pretty sure the jury ep from season 1 was nominated for writing but it didn't win.

WB, Lozzie! No respect for the Dead Zone. 4400 and Monk, yes. DZ, no.
Theresa_Rose
The writing nomination was not for an Emmy but was an SFX nomination.

Hey Lozzie welcome to the new board version 3.0!

TDZ should've been nominated in season 1 or 2 drat it. But I never heard that Spencer Ach... that JJ was nominated for something! Was that ever announced on the DZ homepage here? cuz I don't remember ever seeing it. News like that should go on the official site, don't ya think?

Thanks for the link Bjossi.

Congrats to Spencer!

I'm very surprised second season didn't get nominated..those were some of the best tv eps!

I think that John L. Adams(Bruce) should get nominated, or at least be concidered for nomination for best co-star, and well..all the cast! I definetly think Jennifer Finnegan(Alex) should be nominated for best guest star, and the kid who played Thad.

I think TDZ's an underestimated show, and that's why they never get nominated. I'm pretty sure I actually wrote to tv guide about it once..

TDZ would have *a lot* of tough competion, but just one nomination would be nice!
